Walaikum asalam, kindly do more such programs, its very informative and educational and bring awareness about an issue which is not only about an occupied territory by a fascist nazi Hindutva state but also a matter of human crisis, of basic rights and freedom but of keeping peace in region and overall world. So please, do more such programs.

@Captain Sanghi v2 Indian occupied Jammu and Kashmir is a issue of human crisis, of genocide threat and of basic rights where people are under occupation, im sure you know that alreadt so i failed to understand, how does any of it is related to minorities of different countries, to Bangladesh or to UAE? Apart from the obvious fact, that any war between Pakistan and India can turn nuclear and will ruin the whole Asia, not just a specific region, wich Hindutva Indian state always ask for, even in comments you guys are asking for it("Go for war, why dont you go for war?")
Why not give Indian occupied Jammu and Kashmir the basic right to decide their fate according to UNO'S resolution and let everyone live in peace?

Is that why the foreign traveler Ibn Battuta observed- "Almost every Mμslim household of Delhi owns a Hindu slave".
Is that why he said- "The mountain Hindu Kush meaning Hindu slayer got its name from the enslaved Hindu boys and girls who died there due to extreme cold"

I am from the Kashmir, and let me tell you the present ground situation of my state , India has deviated the young generation from the resistance against the oppression by increasing the unemployment, price hike, drug addiction etc. By this most of the people are now struggling to fullfill their basic needs .
And they pay highly to some of the Kashmiri youth who are drug addicts and not have money, also some of the illiterate people with sick mentality who want disgusting popularity, support India in there mission of oppression.
May Allah SWT bless us with Azadi (freedom) and make Kashmir an Islamic State with Sharia in rule.

One small example of Hindutva fascist mindset can be seen from the comment section, people here from a certain colonist mindset are making fun of Muzzamil, even when he is merely stating that Indian occupied Jammu and Kashmir is an occupied territory and accoridng to UN's laws, people of IIOJK deserve to decide their fate, but people in comment section who are currently the occupier are making fun of his last name, arrogantly claiming that yeah we want pakistan (a nuclear powered country) to go on a war against us(India, another nuclear powered country) or claiming that he does not even represent them when not only him but many freedom fighters like Dr.Manan Wani has even wrote public letters which India didn't let the world to see. Currently there are women, Kashmiri women who are in Indian jails for no reason, let's not forget how Indian fascist nazi state target Kashmiris, take their lives in fake encounters and then dont even return the bodies to their families. The whole occupied territory of Jammu and Kashmir is under threat, a genocide happened once in shape of Holocaust, we dont want another Holocaust. We should not allow it.

      1. Kashmir can never be stable without India.
India should be worship as a savior of Kashmir. Because Kashmir doesn't have any resources and any land for crop .... what will u eat what will u grow what will u sell? Even u don't have donkeys to sell. U r land locked . Every bread u eat is a aid from Indian tax payers.... look at your Kashmir aid and loans and input output ration negative..... without India u will die in hunger and become like Afghanistan even worse because u have nothing.
      2. INDIA NEVER WISHED KASHMIR WE WANT REFERENDUM THERE BUT PAKISTAN NEVER FOLLOWED ANY SINGLE RULE FROM UNITED NATION.
ACCORDING TO UN PAKISTAN SHOULD VACATE WHOLE SINGLE TROOPS AND LOCAL PAKISTANI FROM KASHMIR AND GIVE WHOLE KASHMIR TO INDIA. AFTER THAT INDIA WILL CONDUCT referendum when situation will calm

Because they are sick of mass murder.
Indian armed forces have murdered nearly 100,000 Kashmiris and you believe that's doing good, shame on you.
      2.
Read the UN resolutions, there are more than one. They say Indian to remain in part under their control but reduce the forces to minimal just for security duties. And Pakistan can do the same.
But the Kashmiris legally have the right to choose their future.

The struggle for Kashmir is not the same as Palestine. There was a sellout by elite muslim class to the Indian state at the time of independence. While there was no immediate danger to muslims living their lives normally post ibdependence atleast to the level practising ur religion, the fact that Zakir Nail was able to have his lectures and TV channel until recently speaks to that, not that there was full freedom, accepted there was discrimination
Since the late 1990 with rise od RSS and BJP as a political firce they have started to flex their muscles- i wd say understandably by their overwhelming numbers.
The point is what has Pakistan achieved by splitting and becoming a majority muslim nation is one of the worst corrupt politicians selling out on their own brothers being the axis of evil west? If they could have established as a succesfull muslim nation, India may not trample on their muslim population. And if the muslim ME nations were supportive again they could pull up the givt on the otherhand they come running to India doorstep, so why wd yhe hindutva govt not be aggressive against muslims there is no deterrence
Is kashmiris want to separate the price they have to pay is high akin to Gaza, freedom does not come cheap and then they wd have work with Pakistan which itself is not in any good shape...
Wdnt it rather be better with keeping muslim populace higher amd dight foran equal freedom within that boundary more easier than a separate nation? Ofxourse with hindutva ideology entrenched and much accepted with the populace, routing it from the manstream would take a heavy told but probably cheaper than Gaza??
In the meantime if Pakistan and Bangladesh can become a beacon of Islamic state with equal rights for non muslims i think the steam out if the rss propaganda could be deflated much earlier??? Otherwise we have to wait for a economic collapse and a huge turmoil for it to fall..

AFTER THAT INDIA WILL CONDUCT referendum when situation will calm.

Look I'm a kashmiri born in 2000. I know the extent of sacrifices that kashmiris have made for independence and I respect that, that goes without saying. But at this point the price of "freedom" is possible extermination, economic suffocation, bloodshed that is insane and more. Any kashmiri who wants independence, are you willing to pay the price? And even if you are, is it worth it? Cuz imagine an independent kashmir, surrounded by three nuclear powers willing to get back at the other by taking kashmir. Kashmir will become another syria or Yemen or Sudan. With proxy wars and puppet leaders and civil wars. Do you want that? I DON'T. The best bet for us is to fight for autonomy. That's it.

    • @AnnaQ-cm9vl
      @AnnaQ-cm9vl 12 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

Just imagine living in Kashmir, where the indigenous population has either been eliminated, imprisoned, or left to live with their souls stripped away, while the entire valley is filled with cultural appropriators. If you want autonomy, there will still be external restrictions, and we don’t want that.
What do you expect in the name of “external restrictions” from a Hindutva state, where fascism is rising day by day? Can autonomy under such circumstances truly protect our rights, identity, and future?
We want freedom today, we wanted it yesterday, and In sha Allah, we’ll get it tomorrow with Allah’s help. Yes, the price of freedom may be high-economic hardship, bloodshed, and uncertainty- but can we accept a life of slavery where every day our brothers and sons are killed or jailed, and our sisters and daughters are assaulted? Where people are punished for speaking the truth, and life is filled with fear, knowing your assets or home can be seized at any moment?
The reality of kashmir mirrors the reality of syria,Yemen,Sudan and we're on the way of becoming uyghurs.Proxy wars, puppet leaders, and civil unrest are risks, but these are not inevitable if we are united, strategic, and determined to build a future based on justice, equity, and self-reliance,more importantly if our cause is for the sake of Allah
      La ghaliba illallah ☝🏻
Being afraid and practical In such situations is okay and normal for a ordinary person but having faith in Allah despite the turns and twists of waves is what makes is muslims.
      Freedom is not a dream-it's a right.

    • @MediocreDeficit
      @MediocreDeficit 11 วันที่ผ่านมา

@AnnaQ-cm9vl I agree with you that autonomy doesn't guarantee you a peaceful and prosperous state. You mentioned that if we stick together we can avoid civil wars and stuff, if kashmir is independent then we will be on our own. And these countries won't think twice before attempting to take our land by any means necessary. And as far as trust on Allah is concerned, absolutely. But i) you have to understand that there are other communities living jn kashmir and just because us muslims want freedom, you can't ignore their aspirations
ii) Trusting Allah is absolutely necessary and part of our faith But it doesn't mean I jump out of burj khalifa and trust Allah that I'll be okay. Allah has put constraints on us in this world and an independent kashmir is suicide. We know that from historical examples. And we can have autonomy under india so they'll be responsible for our security as far as our land is concerned But we'll have autonomy in all other aspects. And plus agr log hi nhi rahenge to aazadi kisko milegi. Kyu ki aazadi to India aapko plate par rakh ke nhi dega. Aur jahan tak autonomy ki baat hai, wahan par india aur kashmir dono ka faayda hai to woh cheez india accept karne ki soch sakta hai.
And if you want freedom. How will you get it? Kyu legally Hari singh ne instrument of accession sign kiya tha which is a legal document aur UNO ke hisaab se bhi india ka is hisaab se kashmir pr legal right hai. Aur jahan tak baat hai plebiscite ki to uski conditions ke hisaab se dono countries ko peeche hatna hoga and if that could be done then UNO would've done it in 1948 itself. So how are you planning to get freedom? Because legally freedom aapko sorf india de sakta hai. autonomy zaroori nhi ki permanent ho. Aap 20 30 saal tak autonomy mein reh kar kashmir ko politically aur economically strong kar sakte ho aur who knows maybe we'll be strong enough to demand the right to self determination. We need to be practical. That's all. And jihad farz hone ke liye bhi kuch conditions hoti hain. You need look that up, the fatwas of classical islamic scholars. Aisa nhi hai ki saamne waale ke paas ak-47 hai aur aap Talwar lekar jihad karne chal padien.
In makkah when muslims were weak to kafir unpar zulm karte the wahan par muslims kyu nahi lade? Allah told them not to, it's in the Qur'an. Aur jab madinah mein muslims ki ek strong state existence mein aayi to phir Nabi صلى الله عليه وسلم initiated the armed conflict by attacking Abu sufyan's caravan. Obviously usme jo saaman tha woh muslims ka hi tha lekin hamla muslims ne kiya or atleast that's what the plan was. So we need to learn from our history ki Kab kya karna hai. Jazbaati hokar kuch nhi milega(Dunya mein). Freedom is definitely our right lekin sahi time par. Abhi kashmir is too weak to demand that. Mere hisaab se to aazadi lene se zyada aazad rehna zyada mushkil hai par agr aapko wahi chahiye to abhi sahi waqt nahi hai. Agr zyada lamba hogya to sorry for that

I appreciate your detailed response and understand where you’re coming from.
Autonomy maybe seems like a practical solution in the short term, temporary fixes rarely address the root cause of the problem.
You mentioned that there are other communities in Kashmir, and I agree-it’s essential to consider their aspirations. However, autonomy under the current setup doesn’t guarantee that their rights will be respected either. The situation we are in isn’t just about one community; it’s about justice for all. And you know what, they're not targetted every now and then because they're anything and everything but a musalman.
As for trusting Allah and taking precautions, I completely agree that we need to be strategic and practical. But comparing the struggle for freedom to jumping off Burj Khalifa is not fair,ye valid hi nhi hai.
Allah pe bharosa krna doesn't mean abandoning effort or planning-it means combining faith with the courage to stand up for what’s right, even if it’s difficult. The struggle for independence is not reckless.
Regarding India’s legal claim over Kashmir, the reality is more complex. The Instrument of Accession was signed under coercion. Its legitimacy has been questioned from the start, and multiple UN resolutions acknowledge the dispute. Plebiscite conditions might seem impossible now, but that doesn’t erase the fact that the people of Kashmir were promised the right to self-determination. It’s not about what the UN or India is willing to do-it’s about what the people of Kashmir deserve. Btw the instrument was conditional and wo conditions mar chuki Hain bht pehle hi .
You say autonomy is a solution because it benefits both parties. But autonomy under a system that has systematically eroded it over decades is unreliable. What’s the guarantee that autonomy won’t be further stripped away? Are we to keep adjusting to oppression in the hope that someday, our situation will improve?
Regarding being surrounded by nuclear armed state-we literally have example of FINLAND-lies right next to Russia and was silent during world war and is smaller than kashmir, isn't thriviving?
You’re right-muslims in Makkah didn’t fight back when they were weak. But they didn’t settle for oppression either, they didn't settle with autonomy,They prepared, built their strength and then stood for justice, that's what I'm saying, never ever accept a compromised existence.
Finally, I agree that jihad has conditions, but so does enduring oppression. Allah commands us to stand against injustice and oppression wherever we see it. The Qur'an emphasizes that the oppressed have a right to fight for their freedom when there is no other way. This is not about emotions alone; it’s about fulfilling our duty to ensure a just and free society.
Freedom may seem scary and far away but settling under the shadow of nuclear powers doesn't guarantee peace and security, just guarantees continued oppression.
May Allah make it easy for you and me,I genuinely appreciate your opinions.
I was born few years after you were,I have witnessed less than what many other people here have and even less than the speaker but it's about the impact certain situations leave on your heart.
