I have been watching Samdish for a long time but it's my first comment even before finishing the interview. One of the best interviews I have seen in a while. Mr. Omar is really a well informed person and it's a delight to listen to him.

Samdish is really good but there are some other journalists who are doing their work really well like Ravish Kumar, Arfa khanum Sherwani, Sourabh Dwivedi, Akash Banarjee, Abhisar Sharma, Punya prasun bajpai, Ajit Anjum, Manisha Pandey and many more I can't remember all the names now, but there are good journalists till day and one of them is samdish.
Such a nice interview... Omar made an amazing statement about religions... 41:35 He made the statement and the moment he finished, the sound of Aazaan started... I would like to think that God just said Inshallah to his statement. I am JAIN, but going to church, Mosques, temple and gurdwara does make me any less of a JAIN..
This is a fantastic interview, I hope it's viewership is huge. We need to see this side of the political discourse. Straight talk about the reality of all sides rather than slogans to support one political ajenda.
No doubt BJP does trouble few muslims to swing hindu votes..but i doubt if the systematic oppression he talks of exists. Hindus will not allow any systematic oppression in this land not even by BJP. Not Indian Muslims but those in middle east etc have a very fundamental view and those kinds of people are capable of oppression in name of religion. I don't know why but compared to others, muslims don't seem to have good business sense - hence paucity of business leaders - its not due to any marginalization. The answer on nepotism in politics was awesome that you inherit enemies too you don't know personally. His concern on victimising the minority is being sensed by many of us too. They chose to stay here. Instead of moving forward we are going backwards.

This is one of the finest interviews and all credits to omar for being such a thoughtful speaker.
This is a fantastic interview, I hope it's viewership is huge. We need to see this side of the political discourse. Straight talk about the reality of all sides rather than slogans to support one political ajenda.
No doubt BJP does trouble few muslims to swing hindu votes..but i doubt if the systematic oppression he talks of exists. Hindus will not allow any systematic oppression in this land not even by BJP. Not Indian Muslims but those in middle east etc have a very fundamental view and those kinds of people are capable of oppression in name of religion. I don't know why but compared to others, muslims don't seem to have good business sense - hence paucity of business leaders - its not due to any marginalization. Lets hope with time it changes..Also with time I hope Hindus will overcome the misplaced fear of minority appeasement. someone or other will get better deal than u. It is fine..Life goes on.

When you listen to educated politicians, you learn a thing or two. Wish we could watch such conversations on mainstream media platforms too.
He is a smart and seasoned politician who is adept at spreading his propaganda. It's important not to be swayed by his words and charisma.
Precisely that's the reason I hate and I quote ' English Educated politicians' because in front of a camera they will be most gentlemanly , people caring and progressive leaders but in reality they are the exact opposite and bloody snakes and yet i have seen countless numbers of youths failing for this nonsense (hey look.. how great a orator they are ) .
