She chose to drive under the influence of three times the alcohol limit. She killed a person because of it. This is not an accident. You are extremely delusional and extremely insulting to those of us who’ve had to live through this. When I was nine years old, I witnessed my 11-year-old brother being killed by drunk driver. I had to watch my parents bury their 11-year-old child. And it wasn’t an accident. The person chose to drink and drive. also my sister’s daughter was killed by a drunk driver. She hasn’t slept in seven years since it has happened. I can’t believe you’re defending someone who chose to drink and drive and kill someone because of it. Drinking and pears your ability to drive especially when it’s three times over the limit! How do you feel if your child was killed by drunk driver? What do you think it was an accident? I don’t know you but by your statement sounds like you think it’s OK to drink and drive. It’s not OK to drink and drive. Especially these days when you can get an Uber or taxi or anything else. My adult sons have never drank and drive because of what happened to my brother and my niece. I tell them all the time that it’s so simple to get into an Uber or taxi. And they do. Before you make any other insulting comments, please put yourself in other people’s shoes. And please don’t drink and drive. I don’t want my grandchildren to be killed by you.
To bad they don't treat alcohol like cigarettes. You can't advertise cigarette sales or anything to do with cigarettes but you can advertise alcohol on every channel every billboard every store in alcohol causes more harm mentally physically then cigarettes
America what sort of judges do you have? Credit for home detention! Thank god you elected Donald Trump, hopefully get more truth in sentencing now.
Big girl..she might have problems in prison,,horrible situation,,maybe shell get out in about 20 years
Parole her after 5 yrs.25 to 35 to much they are charging her for 3 things BS she killed someone ok charge her with 3 offense so the state makes more money BS.
There are people who get a lot more for doing a lot less. 25 years is literally the standard for driving drunk, which would result in death. In the end the psychological damage placed upon the family has already been done. What was supposed to be a night of celebration, love and support for the union of two people ended up a nightmare which destroyed the lives of two families, most of all the groom. I don’t even know how someone can be able to continue with faith after that. Here’s hoping that one day he along with the rest his family and his late wife’s family find peace.
