Something else you didn't mention is that Outbreak is an add clear monster. The nanites do massive damage in PvE, enough to instantly kill almost any red bar. Additionally the nanites have a longer lifespan in PvE than their very short PvP lifespan.
Not to mention that with the catalyst, nanite kills spawn more nanites, so you can potentially clear an entire room of red bars from a single kill.
@FireStrike5 I think it does have a cap tho, when you kill one add, the nanties will kill another, but spawn only a few nanites, then if those get a kill, it will spawn even fewer, till it spawns 0
I got a pretty good add clearer in the disparity. Put outlaw and desperado on that bitch with extended mag. But then again I got hierarchy of needs so my exotic slot is spoken for.
Also didn't mention using radiant in PVP on hunter bumps it up to 30 per crit
@Austin Miller radiant works on every gun tho, no need to specifically point it out for outbreak

@@PattycakesGaming I'm really liking mine as well. I would be interested to hear how you map it. I've put crouch on my bottom left button and charged melee on the right bottom. It's been a little of a struggle to get used to it but I like it!
@@cyberjive303 I had been using puppeteer mapping but using the backside right button for jump, and left for either reload or crouch (tried both, couldn't figure out what I liked better). I do wish it had 4 back buttons like the elite 2, that's probably the only thing I'd really wish to change with it but it's really not a big deal

something you didn’t mention that i think is VERY important. For revision zero, the sniper mode is 100% hip fire accurate, so you can use it as a slug shotgun. it doesn’t even lose its accuracy while midair. im not sure if this is a bug but it’s fantastic
It also has insane magnetism and aim assist. You just aim in the general direction and get a headshot
I can’t wait until I train myself to take advantage of the snipe mode. As it is I just use it as the brilliant base pulse that it is, and it is slowly becoming my fave pulse after crafting it to perfect recoil, hi cal and loads of stability

note for outbreak:
The damage stacking from outbreak works in pvp too!
If all the nanites from a kill attach to someone, you can do a whopping 45 to the head, or 135 per burst.
I have to say, Outbreak is great to do a little clowning with Chromatic Fire, but for that it's better to use Ace, or any firefly weapon (including Smite of Marrain)
I like to throw on chromatic sometimes while doing bounties to just make things a little more fun.
Side note for revision: you can proc fourth times the charm in the sniper mode.

To pve and pvp weapon since pre witchqueen launch especially with the catalyst it just does everything pretty much, especially in pve it’s always my day 1 raid starting weapon and main weapon
would love to see a scout rifle tier list like this, especially curious how touch of malice compares with everything, other than that great video for me you cant go wrong with no time to explain or outbreak. i wish bad juju was stronger
2:06 for anyone considering buying this controller, be aware that games already have dead zones built in which means changing the controller’s dead zone is useless (unless you want to increase it of course which you should never do)
It might be a tall order, but it would be awesome to see a tier list of all exotic catalysts (or maybe broken up by kinetic, spec, heavy) in terms of 1) ranking what the catalyst actually does and 2) ranking it's overall improvement to the weapon/the necessity of the catalyst.
I honestly prefer my Disparity over any exotic pulse for PvP. Though Revision Zero is a close second. I know High Impacts are where it's at, but I prefer (and do better with) Aggressives.
They also mentioned they're looking at Graviton. Would be nice to see a PvP buff.

Collective Obligation is underrated in pvp IMO. Most ppl forgot about this, but if you get hit by a void debuff(ex. suppressor grenade, smoke, volatile melee), you can leach that debuff immediately and charges the perk. Killing debuffed enemies also charges the perk right away. Its very niche, but void subclasses are still very meta, especially in Trials and 3v3. Its a very solid gun as well, one of the best feeling 390s, right there with Syncopation. I'd give it a B - high C
I find it better with Nezarec's Helmet, thats constant faster ability rate per every kill. Plus it fits thematically with them both being Disciple equipment.
Collective only A tier in PvE? Thats a crime bro. I think you need to re-review collective after the changes and after the updated anti-champion methods and factor in the buffs that it got. Collective will be able to stun 2 different champion types on its own just by leeching debuffs and it does substantially more dmg than the average pulse.

Should have mentioned that Grav Lance’s Kit is BUILT to break champion barriers.
Turnabout with Vorpal, and infinite range. (Not to mention Vorpal is best on primaries)
Sit in the back with anti barrier Graviton and easily two burst barriers. Free overshield, and great ad clear too.
Yes, I know Arbalest exists.
It’s just a fun option that really has a good synergizing perk combo.
Vorpal is bad on primaries
@@seaturtleslastname8286 Vorpal gets the strongest buff on primaries. Graviton is an exotic and benefits from the more damage that exotic primaries deal. Paired with its anti champion perk pool, Vorpal is the reason graviton use so powerful against barriers. I disagree.
For Revision Zero, if you swap to the Hunter's Trace/Sniper mode. You still do damage to Barriers, it will mostly either one tap the barrier shield or bring it down low enough for anything that's anti barrier to hit it.

Revision zero is B tier at best in PVE. It struggles to kill anything in high tier content. There’s no situation where revision zero would be a better choice than wish ender.

The stats of Graviton Lance alongside Vorpal weapon makes it one of the best stat monsters in the game. Vorpal is very very good too
graviton 3 shots barrier champ shields in gm's, plus, once you proc volatile rounds it spreads volatile to enemies around the one you killed. it's a beast in pve. plus, with gyrfalcon your always invis with over shield.

I got bored during IB and brought out Grav Lance for my Voidwalker. I was surprised at the amount of kills I was getting. One should really take build in account when grading weapons
Collective Obligation is not only S tier for PvE, it's the most powerful primary in the game by far when it comes to high-level end-game content like GMs and Master raids/dungoens.
You can very easily have all three debuffs on the weapon at all times, completelly disabling entire rooms on your own. The only thing that will shoot back is champions and bosses. Regular mobs are instantly rendered useless the moment you touch them. On top of that, it has insane damage due to being an exotic AND getting an extra 20% on having the leech up. It's straight up broken for high level content where mobs are not just one-shot fodder.
Outbreak in pvp is a monster...it breaks push groups with only as much effort as it takes to land a headshot...assuming catalyst, if you kill with nanites they explode again....love it.
Revision may also end up being meta next season/in lightfall since Matchgame is going away and it comes with AP rounds.
That dualsense controller looks amazing and id love to have it but the way I have 8 hour gaming sessions often I'd poly mess it up
They should make the seekers from graviton Lance function identically to the chaos accelerated scatter grenade bonus projectiles.
As a pvp main who only uses M&K I love bad juju more than any other pulse, I just wish it could get something besides hip fire(imagine it with encore) and maybe a slight range buff like +10 range or something like that
You forgot to mention that they gave Graviton Lance's catalyst vorpal and turnabout.
Outbreak is my pick for pvp. Its really stable and i love watching the siva cloud get multikills
You miss out that the outbreak perfected (with its catalyst) make the nanites hit stronger and stay longer and can one shot and chewy through majors.
And kinetic’s are getting buff in a few days so things like Witherhoard and Outbreak are gonna be the go to kinetic weapons
as a pve main (only play crucible when mayhem is in rotation), i absolutely love graviton. i have 47k kills with it. my favorite exotic weapon by far

grav lance is so good for add clear ive cleared rooms with just a few shots for me its atleast A tier
Revision zero just feels so sexy in pvp. When I’m in a 1v1. Your opponent feels every hit and they immediately bail 80 percent of the time. Stability and range is just a work of art

ever since the buff, graviton has been INSAAANE
Believe it or not... No time is actually very good in PvE, no it doesn't make explosions, but it feels good, does good damage, and is very consistant, it reminds me of D1 weapons, if the META wasn't built around clearing rooms in a single shot now, it would be exellant, but it's still my go-to-pulse in PvE.
i wish they would buff graviton lance for pvp. Its such a fun gun to use.

I agree! Initially that was my jam. Slicing thru grouped up Guardians is a joy with that weapon. Buuuut…….hi-cal flinch slaps so hard as well and I think I have to choose that as my go to along with moving target and under pressure. Just put 100 kills on it today and it’s almost made me forget about NTTE…

Bad Juju has really good super energy generation. Its like 50% better than thresh. One of my fave pve guns

Fun fact: Two-burst mode of Revision IS as fast as normal aggro frame. Btw 2-burst is BETTER for PvP than PvE due to higher chip damage, LESS recoil overall, and increased accuracy. Aggro burst is BETTER in PvE than 2-burst as it gets SO much

I dont think PattyCakes noticed but everytime you get a revision zero masterwork or catalyst (or sometimes in the lvl up) , it automatically adds a new ornament and automatically equips it

As someone who is 50 runs deep into Vow without Obligation i dont know how to feel about that D tier. Like how is the most recent raids exotic that bad?
Because it is a pve weapon, not a pvp. For pvp I would too put it on the lowest category. But pve it would be either S or A for me.
Outbreak's damage does reach a cap in pve at 425-450% BUUUUTTTT doing that SOLO means a handful of mags used to get there. even 3 people requires an entire mag. Outbreak gets better when others use it like Rat King

I also have an elite 2, it’s great! But so many people I know have had issues with one of the sticks after a few months of heavy use and I LOVE how you can just replace the entire stick module for like $20 on the DSE. Genius design
I’ve heard that, no issues so far, Knock on wood. There’s a controller called the gulikit King Kong that’s got replaceable stocks as well, but they use Hall effect sensors instead of springs like everyone else

No time to explain should be in d tier for pve. There is no synergy with any subclass, no champion mod, no addclear and bad boss damage . There is no reason why to use NTE at all. Great in PVP but just a legendary in PVE.
I hard disagree about Collective Obligation. I do not like that pulse. I hated that it was a raid exotic. I hated how quickly I got it. I hate the fact it needs a $10 ornament to be used. I hate the look of the gun. I hate to feel of the gun. HOWEVER on void hunter with gyrfalcons it is one of the most insane combos I have ever used in PvP. Its also REALLY good in this current Iron banner because everyone is on void.
Anyways I think Outbreak is the best overall exotic pulse. Its great in both PvP and PvE. Vigilance Wing is S tier is S tier in PvP and like D in PvE. Then NTTE is S in PvP and C in PvE. I want Bad JuJu and graviton to be good but they just aren't. I mean graviton is great in PvE but I'd rather use outbreak.

It’s definitely a PvP gun. I was beaming people on controller, it almost felt easier than MKB to me. It’s so sticky and that perk is just wild
Patty's out here being way more generous with Bad Juju than i would have been, i honestly think that gun is trash in D2 and most lightweights would perform way more
It was interesting, on controller it felt decent but not great, and on MKB I really disliked it but not enough to rank it in a different tier. Def better options out there

Grav Lance is, as you correctly pointed, the only gun that's worse than the Juju but i'd still give them the same rank.

Even in PVE the Collective Obligation is trash. You have to aquire the buffs, which means you or teammates are required to use void, and somehow communicate which enemies are debuffed for spreading, then you have to long reload to activate. THen you've only got a limited amount of time to unload the debuffs on other enemies. All this manual work means you work for the perk rather than it working for you.
