It's Arc, has 12P, as well as Graverobber or Slideshot, and is Lightweight frame so gives you more sprint speed (perfect for the CQC playstyle of Arcstrider). Good luck grinding for one, though.

The thing either maps or deals absolutely no damage. Every time I barrel stuff somebody with it, no damage. Going off of your advice, I'll try to use it as a clean up tool from now on. Maybe my luck will turn

This machine mowed down so much aliens all over the place... especially in Escalation Protocol up until the IKELOS shotgun finally dropped. Also loved Threat Level in kinetic. 3 shotguns used to be my favorite loadout (Tractor or Acrius in heavy) as a Titan. Ah, the easier days...
The frame pacing in your clips looks so gloriously consistent. Kinda rare to see in the gaming space sadly. I did however just spend two minutes closing and reopening TH-cam before I realized the bar at the bottom of the video was your segment progress display lol.
Adept Inquisitor is S tier. The fact this weapon is not only rare but does what it does with such ease no matter the perk combo. That said getting a 5/5 God roll only shows that’s it’s S tier. I love my 4/5 and the fact I do so well with it only proves why it’s S tier. Great list.
I dug around in my vault while the A+ section was playing and I have an inquisitor roll(the only trials weapon I have right now since I'm not allowed in trials because I don't own the strand dlc) and its perpetual, opening shot, handling masterwork with fullbore or small bore. Guess its decent yah?
i absolutely love rapid fire shotguns in pve, forth horst and untill its return pair real well with each other in lower level pve, i personally run overflow and cascade point, it feels like a kinetic 4s horse, and it slaps
The reckless endangerment is one of the best shotguns in it's archetype, personally I found it to be just as if not more consistent than a fully crafted without remorse or a godroll Seventh Seraph CQC. With that being said these 3 shotguns are the best in the lightweight archetype. They are fast and consistent and do their job well. These shotguns aren't really much for aping. They can do it, and they can do it fairly well but aggressive and precision's can do it with more consistency, at the cost of having much lower handling. These 3 shotguns are perfect for punishing overly aggressive players, you get a few shots in with your primary, and you swap to your shotgun in a split second to get that cleanup. In my opinion these 3 are S tier shotguns as they are consistent and snappy without the use of ophidians. You want a shotgun you want to be able to pull out in a fraction of a second to punish overconfidence and these weapons can do it without the use of exotics like ophidians.
Awesome information and would love more videos like this, maybe with your preferred god rolls in one of the corners when talking about said weapon or at the end of(I know you spoke about some of them, just maybe a change or addition)... And bro, 28:54 WTF did I just see...
My Sojourner's Tale has over 2k PVP kills. Fluted, assault mag, threat detector, opening shot, and range MW. Fluted+threat detector maxes out your handling to 100 and bumps your stability to 75. Opening shot gets the range to 96. Assault mag lets fire faster than most other slugs. An S tier shotgun for PvP and easily my favorite legendary shotgun.
Note about AE: Icarus Grip, Extended Mag, and No Backup Plans gets Heritage up to 60AE, which seems to entirely negate the accuracy cone penalty of being airborne if I understand what's happening on the reticle correctly (well, I also have enhanced HFG, so unsure how much that might carry that). AE was probably the biggest culprit in me dropping slug shotguns even though they became my favorite kind of special weapon prior to S17 when that was introduced, so it's cool to think there's a good way to make that work now. I think if you're interested in speccing out a slug for consistent airborne shots, that's probably the minimum: 25 from Icarus Grip and Extended Mag, and 30 from your build (Heat Rises + Ophidians/Eye of Another World is another way to get there; Astrocyte, Wings of Sacred Dawn, Lion Rampant in hipfire, and the buff from Thread of Ascent all do it on their own, as well), and that *should* do it, I think, I'm pretty sure, maybe.
@@CastleContent it's definetly not a bad thing though, like I'm being mentored by Lightning McQueen himself. Only just started watching but I love your content as well
On the topic of shotguns, I’m biased to the Hakke Ragnahald D. It’s an aggressive frame, that you can craft for an offensive, or a more defensive/supportive role with more efficiency. Off the topic of shotguns, I just hope we get a legendary stasis glaive at some point, as well as a precision and lightweight glaive for more options to customize loadouts. A strand Glaive would be nice as well. And of course more strand weapons.
Absolute agree on Seventh Seraph! It kinda gives me the same vibe as the 180hc Trust: You know it's not in the best archetype but it slaps when you need it to and the feel of it is addicting as all hell.
One thing for nessa's oblation is its an adept WITH enhanced perks, so you can run it fully kitted for handling(corkscrew, assault mag, enhanced handling masterwork) with enhanced opening shot which will give you 100 range with 84 handling and 73 aim assist
I avoid pvp like the plague but it is refreshing for content creators who upload a video of themselves show them getting downed. Most will only post their sizzle reel
had to chuckle when you said "[the comedian] certainly serves a purpose in pve" which it actually doesn't. :D upside of reckless endangerment is that it's a fixed roll, and a not too shabby fixed roll at that. but lightweights have been hit as a whole, so that's what weighs it down a lot and i really like the detail to the timers on how long you're still gonna talk about a weapon or category. well done
Honestly gotta agree with this tierlist you hit the nail on the head. OTHER than The Inquisitor. It is not only a stat monster, but even a mediocre roll of the adept version can feel incredible. For me at least it’s by far the most consistent feeling shotgun in the game, and it’s range can really catch people off guard. Being able to run it with exotics like no time to explain or other amazing kinetics really makes it feel versatile and effective. One of the best weapons I’ve ever used in the game. Definitely should be S tier.
I honestly love my Mindbenders in PvP. I have the 5/5 roll and it MAPS people with Fragile Focus. That shotgun brought me into the world of shotgun ape-ing lol (I was a Sniper before, with Fusions being the most aggressive I would get if need be lol)
something i dont see mentioned enough is that finality, even though it wont do damage, will still freeze a sliding antaeus titan, allowing a ohk melee cleanup
FILO Gunnoras and Heritage are the god tier hipfire gods. they got hit a bit with AE changing how these weapons perform in the air, but still amazing. I haven't liked the crosshair changes due to how i used the larger circle to preposition a enemy on the headshot zone, but its still amazing. I miss pre AE lion rampant hipfire godtier slugs.
I don’t play destiny anymore and have culled the majority of my destiny TH-camr subscriptions. You are one of the few I’ve kept as I appreciate the scientific nature and obvious high-effort of your videos. This, in my opinion, is the most polished video you have made. Kudos!!
I got an iron reach and auto loading Gunnoras and it has become my go to shotgun. Don’t reload, mad range, fluted and accurised to put the icing on the cake
Gunnoras axe also can very easily hit 100 range and 80 handling, also has threat detector to stack on top of that Also is the only shotty in the game with volt shot for the pve lovers
as someone who mains fourth horseman for pvp it’s severely underrated, if it had a fixed pellet spread and a bit more handling i feel like it could def compete.

Absolute agree on Seventh Seraph! It kinda gives me the same vibe as the 180hc Trust: You know it's not in the best archetype but it slaps when you need it to and the feel of it is addicting as all hell.
every vid is a banger even after taking a long break from destiny
Great vid bro!
Seventh Seraph CQC-12 has never let me down. I also can't really explain it, but it's just a solid gun that does exactly what it's supposed to do.
"The Dieside" 💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀
One thing for nessa's oblation is its an adept WITH enhanced perks, so you can run it fully kitted for handling(corkscrew, assault mag, enhanced handling masterwork) with enhanced opening shot which will give you 100 range with 84 handling and 73 aim assist
I avoid pvp like the plague but it is refreshing for content creators who upload a video of themselves show them getting downed. Most will only post their sizzle reel
as someone who mains basso bc no matador i genuinely love the thing. the rocket comes in clutch sometimes ngl.
Outstanding video analysis. Can you please update this soon with a top 10 for 2024?
This guy got violated 28:56 now I have to go get this weapon 😂
Yoooo I love how he talked up my wishbringer!!
Congrats on 100k!
I think you criminally underrated Sojourner's.
had to chuckle when you said "[the comedian] certainly serves a purpose in pve" which it actually doesn't. :D
upside of reckless endangerment is that it's a fixed roll, and a not too shabby fixed roll at that. but lightweights have been hit as a whole, so that's what weighs it down a lot
and i really like the detail to the timers on how long you're still gonna talk about a weapon or category.
What roll is your God roll?
Haven't seen the ranking yet, i am just so happy to have died on the hill with mindbenders ambition since fragile focus got a huge buff
D2foundry is AWESOME.
Yay. Drawing board is back 🤩🤩
insane editing!
The breakdown GOAT.
The Last Man Standing disrespect 😤😤
Wishbringer slideshot and snapshot, smallbore, accurized, range masterwork. Dont underestimate that second shot. Fast af
Gunnoras axe also can very easily hit 100 range and 80 handling, also has threat detector to stack on top of that
Also is the only shotty in the game with volt shot for the pve lovers
as someone who mains fourth horseman for pvp it’s severely underrated, if it had a fixed pellet spread and a bit more handling i feel like it could def compete.
lmao i fought you in rumble the other day and saw your like 22k kills on it
@@omfiscientgd8669 22k was the multi i have like 26k on fourth horseman
@@itsnerd oh my bad
