- Ani Rigsang has chosen a nomadic lifestyle in the land of white clouds. At the occasion of the International Women's Day, we wanted to portray the quest of a very special and courageous woman, who decided to leave everything behind - her life as a nun and her city of Lhasa - to pursue her dream to find a hidden convent where they still practice an ancient teaching called the “Yoga of Magic Heat”.
With breathtaking shots, director Hamid Sardar accompanies Ani as she makes her way through Tibet, from snowy mountains to green valleys, from monastery to monastery.

I watched a longer video of Ani,the journey she went on the people she met,her commitment & motivation is so powerful,she was not put off by any negative talk,not saying it was a bad negative..But to do what she done just blows my mind,the self control,you know even when things got hard she didn't just throw in the towel or give up,she continued..I do admire Ani,I hope she finds peace & what she was truly looking for,enlightenment,I hope she stayed true & honest to herself..

Sorry i don't mean to come across like I am saying how we should be,I have messed up more than a few times,I struggle with my thoughts,& how I feel about myself,so I haven't got myself & my life together & I'm 46,but I'm trying & I Wang to help if I can,even though I know I can't stay in a negative cycle with some people,I have to cut off at some point..
