Little too quiet for me. That said, I’m running a full cat delete with mbrp dual exit. I had the sxth midpipe which was just way too loud. I added mbrp resonator to that sxth midpipe abd it helped a bit. I had to take it off to have the resonator welded. In the meantime I put the oem midpipe back on. I didn’t notice any real loss in power. It’s still loud. But it sounds great. With the sxth midpipe it was just obnoxious and embarrassing lol. I’m going to stick with the oem midpipe until I switch from the jb4 to ecutek. I’ll get it on a dyno and see if there’s a difference
I have been mulling over this the last 3 months. I hate the factory exhaust on my GRC cause who thought it was a good idea for the valve to be open BEFORE 20mph and closed after? Waking up my whole street, just for me to sound like a pedestrian driving on the highway
@@murk4545 i havnt looked into it yet but could be thats after you apply a certain percent throttle and then past 3k? these are two unrelated things possibly. At first my friend brought it up to me driving his, and i tested it a bit in my own car. When youre going through the gears, just go really slow and play around with the rpms in each gear and you can hear when it closes. From my experience living on a hill, it also closes if your foot isnt on the gas and youre just rolling in gear. He also just told me someone already figured out how to get the valve to stay open at all times, so i imagine there must be a way to reverse the default parameters.
I agree shockingly stock sounds the best out this bunch. They all sound stock or raspy definitely a waste of money. Sxth dual exhaust does sound good though but they refuse to release it.
That AWE. Sounds the best. Looks the best. I have run their stuff on my trucks and cars for years now. Sounds so good! (I'm partial to Touring but both sound great). Thanks for finally putting this together peopel!
I have version 2 of the track edition and yes it drones, but the sound is so intoxicating 😂. Note: version 2 has a bracket welded to the muffler to support the valve motor.
I wish you guys would do decibel level comparison. I have the MBRP dual center exit and im going to laguna seca next saturday and its a 90DB day so i im buying laguna pipes just in case. I dont want to get meatballed for too loud of an exhaust.
Just bought the AWE Touring Cat Back with the Touring to track conversion kit.. I just thought for the price that was the best option.. Kewl to see you out here in Vegas area I’m in Green Valley Ranch area here in Henderson! Love you videos my dude and sick ride… wish I had a lift lol 😢… bout to do some wheel spacers, got some Rally Armor flaps and the exhaust on the way! I’m very excited!! 😊
Thanks! I know too late, but would have loved to hear what the weight of all these systems are - I care more about that than the sound, that said, AWE sounded best but MBRP looked the best to me and I'm guessing is the lightest.
AWE touring got it for me
The apexi and hks sounds very balanced
JDM YO !

Apexi tax is crazy tho.
Great compilation, thank you!
Magnaflow and AWE Track definitely sound the best. Gonna have to go MF for the valve with normal driving. F
Thanks for the great video, but when's the RK Titanium coming!?
Mbrp dual center is amazing perfectly balanced in my opinion

Is that true? I thought the valve was open above 3000 RPM and closed below

IDK, they all sound cheap… nothing like a true v8. Waste of money, permanently open valve with stock exhaust is best.
You do understand this 3cyl makes more power than a lot of your v8s 😂😂 with a few mods your v8s has no chance
What v8 will keep up with this car in a canyon? If you say anything above 50k then it's not even a true argument.

Touring is the move
Apexi sounds best in my opinion, can’t justify 5.5k for it 😅 what’s everyone paying for these? That’s what these are worth in Australia
The apexi fits the car the best imo. It's all about preference though
agree on that - Everyone will have a different taste
The Apexi and the HKS both have a more refined sound, the rest are cool but a bit to rough for me. Glad to see options tho
HKS and Magnaflow sounded really good. The apexi seemed really quiet.
Notice how the OGs HKS and apexi sound like TUNED exhausts.
You pay for the quality.
Agreed. Japanese brands for a J VIN car.
Those are the only two I'd consider.
JDM YO
Can’t wait to be broke after the HKS exhaust, eventuri intake, CSF intercooler, and Ecutek ECU 😂
Awe sounds the best so far but I heard that it drones a lot at highway speed, is that true?
I was about to say that too! The track one sounds the best
I have version 2 of the track edition and yes it drones, but the sound is so intoxicating 😂. Note: version 2 has a bracket welded to the muffler to support the valve motor.
Will the touring has no drone?
Seen a few track editions go for sale in groups 😂
Track drones like crazy…touring makes a big difference no drone 👍🏽
The hks makes it sound really reminiscent of an RB
Tack Edition Sounds Mean to Me sounds the Best coming from a Honda S2000 guy.
Great video, hopefully you guys can get a fujitsubo exhaust to test. I cant find anyone with a video of it!!

I LOVE the Magnaflow sound!
Apexi and HKS sound best. Very sporty + Civilized

I’m in Henderson myself, white circuit edition if you see me. Also waiting for my awe exhaust.
@@importsled2277 Dope man! I’m right in GVR and the resort if you ever want to meet up and snap some pics!!

HKS sounds really good… but I think the AWE track takes the cake. Will probably go with HKS though because I don’t want to draw too much attention.
Looks like it’s 6 pounds heavier that’s a shame. Going to have to pass
@@garagemonkey526 Thought the HKS was same weight as OEM... even if +6lbs you'll NEVER notice the difference
Which if any work with stock valve? Or can had valves?
Between the magnaflow and HKS for me. Great video.
I don’t know if you would be willing to do some work on my 2024 GRC Premium but I sure would like you to!!
Thanks for this!
Magnaflow close second to AWE imo on this badass hatch
Thx -
AWE sounds the best! The touring version and would be nice to have the track version too just for that sound once in a while 😮💨
Apexi and AWE I CANT PICK😭
Edit: im fbo i just need a quite exhuast cuase ik its ganna be louder then stock
HKS and awe track . Would probably chose the HKS
what lowering springs do you have?
Does the stock come with active valves?
will the MF neo fit a '19 HB?
AWE touring FTW
Awe track with pops on shift does it for me. Very rally esq
We always have these in stock - call for the current and best pricing
@Speedindustry I have a GR86, but I plan on buying a GR corolla in 2025
Excellent compilation! Thanks!!
the MagnaFlow and AWE are my fav but im waiting on some videos on the Armytrix exhaust
Sounds like a fartcan
