@@ShazamNaturethat makes no sense. You said that the 9 times out of 10 goes for male and female German shepherds - so it shouldn’t matter what sex you make the GSD if the outcome is the same.
If anything, if a male has some more things going for it (for instance, increases in size, strength, and prey drive), it would make it far more even to match a male GSD with a coyote, since the coyote will have the same edge regardless.
@@Me-hf4iithe reason I did the female was to make the size comparable I still used the male / and female psi / bite force and speed I only used the body of the female German shepherd to make the weight more of a fair matchup but I see where you’re coming from I’ll fix it in the next vid leave a sub please.
@Waterishere-pi8th a property trained shepherd would destroy a coyote. I've had a female shepherd kill a 6point buck and 3 doe. A raccoon only last 3 to 5 seconds. It should read a house pet vs coyote. A german shepherd was originally for flock protection against European wolfs and coyote. A german shepherd can take down a strong adult man. A coyote doesn't stand a chance. Google man kills coyote with bare hands. This video is total bs.
@Waterishere-pi8th total load of bs. This video used a house pet not a true german shepherd. I've had a shepherd take down a 6point buck and 3 doe, a raccoon last 3 to 5 seconds. A true shepherd is designed to protect the flock against European wolfs and coyote. A 75lb female that's aggressive and has hunted for large game would dispatch a large coyote fairly quickly. This video is fairly inaccurate if using a property trained shepherd and not a lazy house pet.

@ShazamNature I've had a 75lb female german shepherd kill a 6point buck and 2 doe, probably 50 raccoons and countless groundhog. This article is using some lame house dog not a true german shepherd. A true german shepherd is a flock defender not a house pet. So yes a house pet would lose if it didn't run away. But a flock defender would quickly dispatch a coyote.
