No. Selective breeding is not GMO. Also, there is nothing wrong with GMO. There has never been one disease ever attributed by any GMO product. Furthermore, you, and every other human being and animal on the planet is a GMO organism.

Selective breeding has been done for thousands of years and is not GMO as done in a laboratory. If you cross a Highland cow with a Galloway the offspring has what is known as hybrid vigor. It will grow faster and put on a bit more weight. The goal is to produce livestock that is a more efficient feeder and more disease resistant.
