I would be interested in a comparison between Wagyu and Aukaushi.

About the same between a red angus and a black angus
Different hide color, Different registration but basically the same

@@tannertaylor9432 thanks. From what I have seen the Aukaushi seemed to carry a little more muscle and power. But your comparison is well understood.

@@247rug @Tanner Taylor incorrect. Black Japanese cattle beef is far superior to akaushi... Tajima has much more extreme marbling!

Its "American Style Wagyu" Black Angus crossbreeds. That is not Japanese beef. Those labels are very deceptive. The FDA should make them label properly.

Cut from , these steaks are extremely tender with a good amount of marbling and beef flavor. Best when cooked over high heat on the grill. Steaks cut across the grain from the fourth most tender muscle.

No. Selective breeding is not GMO. Also, there is nothing wrong with GMO. There has never been one disease ever attributed by any GMO product.
Furthermore, you, and every other human being and animal on the planet is a GMO organism.

@@williemartin9872 : It has not been played with. It is no different than breeding a Labrador retriever with a Poodle. It looks different but it is still a canine.
Selective breeding has been done for thousands of years and is not GMO as done in a laboratory.
If you cross a Highland cow with a Galloway the offspring has what is known as hybrid vigor. It will grow faster and put on a bit more weight. The goal is to produce livestock that is a more efficient feeder and more disease resistant.
