  • This is a hand Reflexology routine to calm, relax and de-stress while we are all self isolating with Coronavirus / Covid-19 keeping us all indoors.
    This video is so anyone (Reflexologists, or people with no previous experience of Reflexology) can learn how to treat themselves on their own hands. Or you can do this treatment on whoever you are self isolating with. #StayHome #WithMe

      @@DavidsReflexologyChannel i'm guessing that your voice recording with video is separate from the music that you overlayed. I think it is simply to go back to your original video and voice, and just set the music down 2 or 3 notches ... Your voice is really soothing and would be good to hear you all the way through. Hoping you get someone to help you do this as this is something really lovely. Thank you.

    Music is far too loud. Cant hear the speaking and it becomes stressful trying to listen to the instructions!

    This would be a great video if there hadn't been any background music. It is unnecessary in my opinion, but if it had to be there, the volume could have been turned down. It is irritating at best and drowns out the softly spoken instructor's talk.

      Hi Chrissy. If you work all around the joint in your thumb (the joint closer to your thumb-nail, not the joint that connects your thumb to your hand) that is the reflex point for your jaw :-)

    Due to covid, i couldn't go to my favorite reflexology place. So, in desperate attempt i was searching on how to give myself a nice relaxing reflexology massage. So glad i found this video, i'm so unbelievable relaxed right now. At times i became too relaxed that my left hand couldn't properly massage my right hand, hahaha. Thank you!

    Is it ok to thumb walk from the traps to the tip of the finger or do I need to do each section separately?

      It doesn't matter which way you thumb walk - do it the way it's most comfortable for you

    Very useful video but I could not hear you due to the high volume of music. I am a hearing impaired Reflexologist and even the subtitles couldn't make sense of some of what you were saying.

    thank you for sharing. i enjoyed watching your video and following step by step. this was very very relaxing. your voice was gentle it was kind of a guided meditation relaxation while massaging gently which was exactly what I needed.your choice of music was beautiful i could just close my eyes and let go of everything. I could've gone on for much longer, thank you again. If only the music was a little lower in the background.
