All 3 of these exercises only take 1 min to do. WE have no excuses not to do them daily.

Does this lower blood pressure throughout the day or only in the short term after you apply the technique?

Oh my gosh! I tested before and after...HUGE difference! I'm on three blood pressure medications right now and am barely testing within the normal range. I did this hand reflexology and my blood pressure dropped within minutes...unbelievable!

If tested first time the second time pressure gets lower and the third time is lower then the second time wait 1 min after each test.
      Sorry for bad grammer.

If i take my BP twice, with the second a minute or two after the first, the second will be lower whether or not I did anything. So the true test is, is your BP lower than it usually is? Eg than when you took it yesterday?

Dear Yasuko, I'm an American woman, but like my mother--also American--I have great respect for the Japanese methods of reflexology. Mom taught me a few things she'd learned from a Japanese friend, but I'd forgotten all of them after Mom died 17 years ago. I'm so happy to see that you have a TH-cam channel, and now I have visual access to all the reflexology I'd learned 50 years ago.
Thank you so much for your videos, and for your kind and gentle way of teaching and speaking.

Hi how did your visit to the doctor go? You can try drinking Jasmin Tea. Dr. Eric Berg on TH-cam recommends it and the people in the comments who have used it had good results. I have seen people say taking a D3 supplement which also has K2 helps to lower blood pressure. Others have said potassium supplements have lowered their blood pressure so you can look into any of those options.

Good luck for those people who practice what you suggest to lower their blood pressure, but unfortunately, it did not work for me. I had high blood pressure of 170/95, I tried to do what you suggested, my blood pressure went up to 200/102, I had to call 111, ending up in hospital. Is there any evidence ( apart from the testimony I see here) that what you suggested actually worked . Thank you.

Ayurvedic literature does not directly mention hypertension. However, it's linked to the agnidushti, which causes the creation of ama and dhatudushti (tissue components) (Rasa and rakta). The Kha vaigunya, or obstruction in the body pathways, may result from Dhatudushti. Planet Ayurveda's Herbal Remedies are beneficial to maintain overall health
