    So I did the resistance band ( extension more) and massage ball. My degree and range of motion improved dramatically! Thanks for these exercises! I’m a bjj athlete and got arm bared. Just remember guys, you don’t fix elbow injuries over night. Stay consistent, active, and take rehab serious to get back to 100%

    Absolute game changer for me! Handstands, I was collapsing on my elbows, now I can feel the weight and stabily through my shoulders. Snatch and overhead is more positive. This has been one of the stretches to have the biggest impact on my training. Really grateful for this video! ❤

    • @bellysize
      @bellysize 11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Great to hear. I have the same issue as I work on my Handstand. With bent arms I am building awesome triceps and chest and shoulders but I know I would be a lot more stable with straight arms. My holds would be longer and my kick ups better. I will add these to my stretch warmup routine.

      There's a guy that does mobility think his handle is
      Strength Side he does a lot of ground work.
      You may want to work on your shoulders and wrists as you're trying to do your elbow.
      He has a 10 minute wrist mobility program.
      Don't forget to warm up and take it slow so you don't do more damage.
      Much of this decreased flexibility took months of not years in most of us and isn't going to be undone overnight.

    Is the bar path in a high bar back squat supposed to travel in a perfectly vertical path - even with no weight on it? I hear differing opinions. Most say yes, but others argue that the center of mass (of the whole system = bar + own body) needs to remain over the mid-foot. And if there's no weight on the bar, I tend to move the bar path forwards on the decent. But the more weight I put on, the closer the bar path will get to perfectly vertical, or so I would assume. Thoughts?
    And thanks for the great content!

    I hyper extended my elbow a couple of years ago. I don’t want to go through surgery. It’s pretty painful at times lifting. With exercise do you think my arm could repair itself over time? I noticed some improvement. My bicep was sagging now not so much. I lift bags of feed and hay and now weights.

    i wasted a fortune on guys like you until i went to a surgeon the MRI scan showed the hook on that goes threw the hole in bone on elbow joint the hole was sealed up with broken bone chips they had remove bone chips and drilled out the hole, its first time my arm looks almost straight in 25 yrs and im elbow pain free now .

    I broke off the end of my olecranon and had to have an L shaped metal pin screwed in to hold the end of it to the ulna for healing.
    I’m making progress on the tricep tendonitis but the last few degrees of extension are painful so I tend to avoid everything this guy is doing.
    How do I know if I’m a candidate for this type of rehab?
    My fear is that it’s the plate that’s hurting me on extension and I’ll have to get it taken out. That’s $5k I don’t have and another painful recovery with no guarantees.
