Drug abuse is not a crime. It is a symptom of psychological problems.
As a recovered drug addict, it breaks my heart That law enforcement agencies are focused on drug sales Instead of putting murderers and pedophiles in jail.

It’s a symptom of the lack of community and belonging our society provides ppl today because everyone is so isolated all the time on their phones. It’s a symptom of feeling like you don’t have a purpose in life because you’re stuck in a job you hate in a constant rat race to make ends meet.
Those are the real problems. They cause depression and anxiety but psychological issues are not the root of the problem. The way our society functions is wrong. Goes against our human nature.

@@thegamefowlbreeders If only there was a way to get rid of social media forever. Imo it’s a huge contributor to why ppl are using drugs today, why so many ppl are depressed, why kids are shooting up schools, and why we have so many social issues spilling over into real life. Ppl would no longer he comparing their lives to imaginary ones online that ppl promote to be true, that aren’t. Ppl would get back to actually socializing with each other instead of doing so over the internet. The connections built online aren’t real and those interactions aren’t authentic.

@@MackemdownsouthF.T.M I believe what was meant was that the war on drugs has never worked and never will. Research has proven other more effective ways to reduce substance use, save lives AND save money. Public opinion just has not kept up in this area, maybe because it continues to be a winning talking point in campaigns. But in educating the public and changing laws to fit, we would need less people in law enforcement. (More people in social services) As it is now, it's a huge cost with very little benefit.
Different from cancer research which, even though fuelled by greed, still has the potential to positively change many peoples lives.
It's far from a perfect system, but the public generally agrees that it is a winning strategy to NOT have a war on cancer drugs. We would need more law enforcement.

It's absolutely fascinating, now that you mention it. The only difference between the surface web and dark web is anonymity. If a drug tycoon really wanted to circumvent detection, just set up a public application categorised as "social media", and lax moderation policies. The site could sophistically encrypt user data to prevent any feds from breach attempts. I'm not going consume time expanding on the intricate logistics; I just wanted to comment on how social media is practically channeling this activity with zero repercussions. And when questioned, they just throw their hands in the air. It's perfect. Wouldn't be surprised if ol' Zucker has a few cocaine dealers on the following list of his throwaway account.

Section 230 is a section of Title 47 of the United States Code that was enacted as part of the Communications Decency Act of 1996, which is Title V of the Telecommunications Act of 1996, and generally provides immunity for online computer services with respect to third-party content generated by its users. At its core, Section 230(c)(1) provides immunity from liability for providers and users of an "interactive computer service" who publish information provided by third-party users
Section 230 protections are not limitless and require providers to remove material illegal on a federal level, such as in copyright infringement cases.

    • @gamerdrive5565

Twitter (prior to Elons purchase), Facebook both have been caught out acting as publishers which should mean the stripping of section 230 protections, however they were curating information on behalf of both the CIA and FBI, as we should all know by now, breaking the law on behalf of the law and the 1% with the deepest pockets is fine and dandy so long as you are useful enough.
The largest social media companies, acting with a total disregard for the law is allowed while helping conduct informational warfare and deep state psyops.

god u people are so slow. if you dont want your phone tracking your info just disable it. they give u the option to. if whatever ur talking about is soooo secret that you dont want a piece of electronic to know then talk in person or get rid of ur phone. its that simple.

I watched the story on TH-cam about a man who shot a pedophile and killed him and he's doing life in prison but what I want to add was he didn't intentionally go to his house to kill him he went to his house to talk to him he was moving into the neighborhood and seen a bunch of kids hanging around this pedophiles house and was a repeat offender which also happened to live behind a children's playground and and the guy did research about the pedophile and found out there was numerous pedophiles living in that neighborhood so long story short I can't remember the guys name he was really pissed about he wrote letters went to the police station Etc nobody wants to do anyting so the guy put a gun in his pocket for protection cuz apparently this pedophile was a huge man and he seen a bunch of kids hanging around that guy's house the guy was fairly outside talking to the kids pretending to wash his car which he was not and the guy was watching him for days and kids kept still hanging around the guy's house talking to him blah blah blah and long story short the guy ended up shooting him he's in prison a bunch of people may be calling him Heroes writing him letters putting money in his canteen and the guy is such a nice guy they did a story about him behind prison bars and he keeps telling people not to write letters to him to write letters to the Congress and other people to let them know that this is wrong!! And the other pedophiles were making a big fuss on the documentary stating that They.. did not feel safe anymore they did not want their addresses being put out there and they thought it was wrong well like the guy who shot the pedophile behind prison said They don't feel safe they feel like they're in danger??! What about all the innocent children what about the children's parents how do you think they feel??!! Living next door to pedophiles letting their children play outside and them not knowing what these men did to kids??!! Absolute bulshit this system needs to change!!! It's a great documentary and it brings a lot of awareness I cannot remember the guys name if you're interested just Google the man who shot the pedophile!!! It's well worth watching!! And I do agree with half the world he is the hero he did potentially save a couple of children because apparently the authorities weren't about to do nothing about it and this man would have potentially hurt another child because children were hanging around his house and parents did not know who he was and what he did he was a repeated offender!!!!😢

The war on drugs is effectively a war on people, those are the words of many long time three letter agency vets who’ve spent their entire careers fighting the drug trade, only to come to the realisation that they’ve achieved nothing but tear society apart, perpetuated violent crime and are now entirely against the war on drugs.
Alcohol is one of the most harmful substances you can consume, the effect of being drunk is your body reacting to being poisoned, yet it’s completely legal and widely available in most of the world, of course with its restrictions.
Cocaine, weed, heroin, lsd do not function on such a way and are less detrimental to human health, disagree all you want, but you’ll be arguing a point of factual inaccuracy, (being an imbecile).

    • @BenSmith-jw8zy

All drugs should be legalized yet shamed, except drugs which can kill in micrograms. They should be called chemical weapons and sale punishable by death. This would eliminate much of the cartels wealth, and save lives, as the drugs would be pure. Even if it wasnt at a "store", it could be a clinic like ive heard of in portugal where you are counseled after your drug use and many ppl eventually quit this way, as they are gently asked why they feel the need to anestesize themselves, and sometimes talking it out works. And if someone wants to do it, they will. After finally ending a 20 year addiction, i would have never started had weed not been "illegal" making it "cool" to my young rebellious ignorant mind. Americas drug policy is about MONEY, not health.

Insane how these busts are still glorified. I find them disturbing to say the least.
Imagine if people had the choice to purchase legal, regulated, and taxed drugs…it’s the criminalization that’s making it lucrative for cartels and gangs. So when the cartels and gangs don’t want drugs to be legalized shouldn’t that make these dinosaur politicians/lawmakers realize they’re on the wrong side of this.

And that these services naturally manage to have access to any type of information regarding their users? That is, although the main element of TOR that allows the user's anonymity and that the fact that the user of the web service is able to disguise his IP- which is automatically cloaked with random IP. The services of the US army must have simple means to circumvent this problem, and immediately identify the real IP of the user, in question. If not, I would have to review a lot.underneath the intelligence of members of the US military

The only difference between the dark web and the 'light web' is who controls what.

why is this stuff even illegal, i mean wouldnt it be much less interesting if it was legal? we could save a lot of resources. the tactics used to day dont work, and we cant solve this problem if we stop the suppliers. we have to educate the users.
