Thanksgiving In Africa: I think we threw an awesome party

Thanksgiving in Africa is an experience all of its own. This year I got to be the one cooking the Thanksgiving meal.
Last year, I begged Linda to let me make lobster mac and cheese, but she didn't let me. I vowed then to make the meal this year and include lobster mac!
I promise you, everyone was shocked that I could pull it off while living in fairly rural Africa!

I am so lucky to have an amazing wife who loves to host parties and is just as into carrying on a Thanksgiving party even though we are living in Tanzania. Australians are good cookies.
