Her styled and cut hair looked lovely, at the end. I really appreciate your explanation of how to fix the disconnect between the long layers at the nape, and the curls toward the middle/back of the head. My hair has exact same disconnection hair shape as this client. I really wish I knew a salon I could trust near me to get a curly cut
I get my hair cut when it’s blown out. I’ve noticed that it looks uneven in the back when I wear it curly. Is there a way to cut it without it being uneven if you wear your hair straighten 50% of the time?

When this hair is blown out again would it be uneven?
This is a really great questions. We recommend curly cuts for people who choose to where their hair curly majority of the time because if you do prefer to where blow outs there is a chance your hair can be uneven. If you prefer wearing your hair blown out on occasions we recommend getting cuts on blown out hair.

Will her hair be uneven if she wants to wear it straight? I asked this question because her hair was cut while it was curly, and curls are not always even when in the curly mode. Im not a stylist, but i would hate if her hair ended up choppy looking when she decides to straighten it.

I’m so late learning about this. How in the world can you think that cutting hair in it’s curly state is accurate? I have 3 different curl patterns some are tighter than others so that means different actual lengths while it’s curly. Our hair has to be straightened to see the true length to be able to cut it accurately.
No wonder people’s hair is getting messed up.
Thank you for sharing. A curly cut can occur when people who wear a Wash & Go often want to have their curls fall a certain way. It's easy to do a curly cut when your hair is already in the curly stage to see how to cut the hair properly. If you are interested in stretching your hair out to get your hair trimmed/cut then you definitely can do that too. We are happy to provide options to our audience so that they are able to decide what is best for them.

It definitely depends on the person preference on how they'd like their hair cut. Our model preferred to have her hair cut this way 🖤🖤
Cut is nice but the top looked flat, could've layered at the crown.
If you are interested in more volume you definitely can use a hair pic to fluff the hair or use a blow dryer to help fluff the roots too! 🖤 🖤 🖤
