COCONUT & MANGO LADOO RECIPE

  • Coconut & Mango Ladoo is a sweet treat, where coconut ladoo is flavoured with Mango and bejeweled with Aam Papad.
    Ingredients
    For Aam Papad:
    Mango Puree - 1 cup
    Sugar - 4 tablespoon
    Coconut Oil - for greasing
    For Ladoo:
    Desiccated Coconut - 2 cup
    Sweetend Condensed Milk - 1/2 cup or a little less
    Mango Puree - 1/2 cup
    Aam Papad - 1/2 cup
    Best Result is when the Aam Papad dries under Sun for 2 to 3 days. Here, the Aam Papad is Bake at 100 degree Celsius for an hour. If the oven has lower temperature, bake at lowest temperature for an hour or more depending on moisture on Aam Papad.
    Here, Sweetend Condensed Milk is added for sweetness and to bind the ladoo. Hence, less Condensed Milk can be added.
