Good catch on the hood vent. It's too small and they are typically 20% larger than the range so that they can function properly. This brings attention to the size of the kitchen being fairly small at that price point.

Times are changing - about 30% of the new homes I see don’t have a tub in the master and that number is increasing. Thank you for the comment!
@@kcsuburbs agreed. We're seeing them in the bigger homes but not always in the 3k/ft range
