The house turned out beautifully! Its great that they were able to keep so many parts original. It helps with its value with so much being original (or at least it does for our Southern Plantations in Georgia). I think Ms.Betty would be happy. I like the blue, but I may have painted it the color of the Cadillac as an omage to "their" lives there. So generous of you to donate back the piano. That'll make one heck of a house warming gift. Thanks for another adventure!
The bathroom sink stop on the chain brought back memories of my grandmother’s 1940’s home in our little Ohio town.
It’s such a beautiful and warm feeling to know that you are giving the piano back to the home, and that the owners of the house want her home to be remembered as a musical haven. Betty Joan would have been so pleased to be remembered and honored in such a way.
The house looks amazing, the new owners are doing a wonderful job. So glad the piano is going back to Madam Rac's home, what a legacy.
I love it! I'm so glad that so much of the character of the original home was kept. You're a generous man, Alex!
Wow, it brought tears to my eyes when you were talking about the owners turning it back into a music haven and I just knew you were going to return the piano. You didn't disappoint!! Thank you for again showing us what a real and generous person you are. I have been following you and your family's adventures since the beginning of Mary's home. Thank you for all of your crazy, wonderful content!
Her Legacy lives on with the piano back in her living room. What a lucky lady she is! This is a beautiful story!!
Youre putting the heart back into the home
The house looks great!! You're such an amazing person donating the piano back!! 🤗
Alex, you are such a great person! You always do the right thing. ❤️
Look at how lovely it looks. I’m so glad music will once again be heard throughout this house. Just beautiful
Wow Hans and Zinova did a great job. The floors look great along with the rest of the house. Thanks Alex for the tour.
The house looks so good and charming! I love the 1940s looks of it. Beautiful wood floors.
Wow! Beautiful! The House is happy now and ready for a happy family! Thank you for showing us the reno Alex! 🏠🏡
I love how this connection/story/life is going full circle. The ongoing legacy.
I love that pass through into the dining room!
I wanted to see the basement. To see how big it was with out all that stuff. There was a lot of stuff down there!!! Good on the owners for their clean-up and the Musical Community idea and good on Alexander for gifting the piano. (Tuned, after 2 moves and the years I'm sure it might need it once or twice)
This is so brilliant. How cool for her students to be able to just go hang out and reminisce, jam and enjoy 😊 and have new students come and learn to love 🎶 music.
The house looks so nice and I can't wait to see the yard when they finish with the landscaping. It is so big hearted and kind of you to donate the piano for the music students to use. Thanks for the tour!
The house looks so nice and clean and cozy! It’s amazing how it looks compared to what it was. Hans and Zenovia do beautiful work!
That was awesome to see an update and I'm so happy to hear that it's going to be used for music that is awesome
Returning the piano . . . truly a beautiful gesture of "playing" it forward.
Thank you for bringing the piano back to Madam Rac's home. Her music and memories will live on for the next generation of musicians. God Bless.
Wonderful looks so good. Love that are putting the piano back!
Tears in my eyes, Alex that is so generous to donate the piano back to the house. I expect nothing less of you.❤
Returning the piano is exactly why the universe is so good to you💞
What a wonderful and amazing thing you are doing by donating the piano back to the house. It's totally the right thing to do and a tribute to Betty Joan's memory and the history of the city !!
I love this house. Good news for future musicians. And the piano goes back too. You are the best, Alex👍
I love that they've left the features. The wallpaper is fab.
I love the exterior color. I would love to own this house. Because they left the original cupboards and dining room, I would put in a retro style (but new) fridge and stove, as well as a 50's style chrome table and chair in the kitchen..
Awe , so glad you you were involved in all this , and love the fact they left alot of the original things , beautiful that you're bringing the piano back , you are so good ! Love watching you and your family . Bless each and every one of you!
New owners, did they buy or inherit?
Such a great job renovating the house.
I love everything they did.
Enjoyed. The house looks wonderful! Very nice of you to donate the piano back to its home for a good cause.
It's SO great to see the new owners kept all the woodwork the way it is, glass doorknobs are amazing. Too many people "modernize" aka ruin the stained trim by painting it. Jayman...
You are so nice to return the piano. It will be home!
Such an honorable gesture returning the Grand piano!! I am always impressed with your honesty, integrity and genuine spirit!! May GOD'S blessing be limitless in your LIFE!!
You’re right Alex that is the right thing to do to bring the piano back to its home. The house looks absolutely stunning. Hope we get to see the end results! Great video 👏👏
Alexander, your good spirit and kindness are why we all love you and your channel.
