If you watched the first time Zenovia was on the scene, when shopping for housewares for Hans’ new house, you would have thought she was part of the gang for years...she steered Hans to all what was needed from dish drain rack to Kitchen towels.. She’s a gem and just what Hans needed. Someone who is just as kind and hardworking and who appreciates the spirit of “get Er. Done”. But Alex seems to attract he most genuine of people to be part of his life’s adventures....it gives you such positive energy to see them all.❤️
Yeah she's is an organized doer, a get it done kind of person as is her trusty companion Hans. Hard workers worth their weight in gold!!! They're all awesome! Each one has a unique spin a something that adds to the series.
Hans is a machine, he walks by carrying a box of records, must weigh a ton, and he his headed for the stairs which he has been going up and down all day. I am amazed.
I could never, ever, do this in four days. It would take me at least a week per room because I'd have to stop and look and enjoy all the fun finds. Also, the books, forget about it. I'd be sitting there reading them. :-) Just move in a comfy chair, some coffee, and leave me be. LOL!

Alexander, even though this is a business venture your desire to make the homeowners experience of this a wonderful one is heartwarming. Removing the dumpster before they come home is nothing short of a compassionate expression of your kindness. You're on to something with this helping hoarders live uncluttered.
It’s also important to have the dumpster gone so the homeowners don’t crawl inside and pull out items they feel are too good to trash and start refilling the garage. Out of site, out of mind

I learned through my recent knitting hobby that tons of people are crazy for buttons. In the garment district in NYC, there are several stores that are entirely buttons. They're like small warehouses of just buttons, and they're busy with patrons. I went on the yarn crawl in LA in 2018, and most stores had a rack, or a whole wall of buttons, and there were always people digging through them. The one store said a famous fashion designer (can't remember his name now) would come by every now and then, and sit on the floor in front of the button wall, and just go through buttons for an hour. I've heard many knitters say of buttons the same thing people say of shoes - they finish the look, or make the whole outfit. It's also an exciting thing for a lot of garment makers - finish the garment, then go on a treasure hunt to find just the right buttons for it.
My ma-in-law made outfits for the boys when they were little, and there was one suit my brother-in-law absolutely refused to wear.. when he was old enough to explain, he said The Buttons Were Wrong!! It has to be exactly right. Even aged 2,he understood those designers!
Paul, as I am one who knits and crochets, I want to thank you for the nice comment you made on the previous vlog about all the time and effort put into a project and then it only sells for a few dollars. Why, you ask, do we keep doing the work without expectation for compensation. Because the need to create, to play with color, to have caused someone to get a special look in their eye when they see the finished product is our compensation.
It's fun to see how Alexander can see Zenovia walk past with three items in her arms and with one eye he judges instantly if it can go or not. That's just awesome. I am really looking forward to seeing the house ready to receive it's owners again.

Of all the videos on your channel, "clear out" videos are my favorite, since we did this work for nearly 20 years and still dabble a bit to keep our hand in these days. My wife and I and our ad-hoc crew cleared estates, auctioned storage units and sold architectural salvage and surplus construction material as nearly a full time “side business” in the Pacific Northwest. Watching this series, I can’t help but remember back when we started, the decisions we had to make about equipment choices and some of the “learning experiences” we faced along the way. I also can’t seem to help but send you some feedback, comments and advice, but I wanted to make sure it never comes across as anything but sincere, with no negative intent, as as you go about clearing houses. And since this seems to becoming a regular event for your crew, I don’t mind sharing some of our “lessons learned”, since this was are game for a couple decades. As I get a chance, I’ll send some suggestions and comments on related topics, that you or your viewers might find beneficial, if this type of work continues. One thing I have found, is that once the word gets out that you will take on such jobs and do them well, more and more will come your way and as you take those on, efficiency is key to success. Now that I’m retired, I still find myself doing this sort of event from time to time, to help out a friend who is downsizing, or after we loose one of our friends and their widow needs help to clear a workshop or they loose their parents and the family home needs to be cleared to put it up on the market. Once folks know you have this skill-set (and it is truly a skip-set), you will get called. And these days, we don’t get involved for profit, but simply to help friends who find themselves in such situations and feel lost and don’t know where or how to start. Some times we give advice, sometimes we lend a hand, some times we lead the job, but in all cases folks are grateful for the help we can give.
I am setting here watching you clear these folks house after our day of trying to clear out our 5th wheel trailer. It's like our second home that we will never travel in again . My husband suffered multiple strokes at the end of last year and it has left him unable to drive . We planned to retire in this trailer and see many things , so I can see that you are doing a great service to these folks and their days will be so much richer. By the way the spool you gave to charity is collectable to many people !!!
You have done a remarkable job! It helps to have such good friends to came to your aid and that of the home owners. God bless them for their courage and you for your kindness! 💕💕💕👍👍👍👍

Vertigo is awful. More so if any movement causes nausea. Suppository medication is what works but yeah, no one likes it.
Sea bands (on Amazon) helped me with the nausea and just plain weird feeling. Sea bands are an acpuncture technique
When I had vertigo- specifically benign positional- I was told to take an allergy medication- Claritin- by my dr
It worked but it is an awful feeling
Benadryl/Diphenhydramine helps nausea

Fantastic job! Hope Jakota gets to feeling better because I’ve had vertigo and it’s no fun, especially when you have it even when you’re laying down. Looking forward to tomorrow’s episode!!
You have the best crew and you're making great progress! Paul's joke about the urine bottle, too funny.
Alex you better watch out you got “the look” from Zenovia. 🤣🤣😳
LOL Paul !! "Not from here I can't" 😄😄😄
I'm glad that the house didn't have gross garbage and when you picked up an area it seemed pretty clean.
Wow! A bunch of hard workers! Love y'all! 😊✌
The giant masher....I bought one for my son in law as he makes the mashed potatoes for big family get togethers. Also have seen masher used to mix small batches of cement.
So many great items! I understand why you can’t send it all through auction but I’d be having a yard sale for a week! 😋
Love, love, love these clean-out videos!
I'm wishing Jakota blessings of Kia Ora and Kia Kaha. Be well. Be strong. From ancestors in the Pacific.
Vertigo is no joke...I get it once in a while and it’s debilitating
. . . and from the Aussies too. Vertigo is horrible - hope you are feeling better Jakota.
From me too
I am setting here watching you clear these folks house after our day of trying to clear out our 5th wheel trailer.
So sorry your husband has been affected like this. Well done on clearing out the Trailer - not an easy job.
Just got home from running errands......perfect timing...Yipeeeeeeee! Hello from Deland Florida everyone. 😎
What a great bunch of friends you have... excellent progress today
That charity getting lots of cool stuff.....
It’s nice to see the whole crowd together in another project.
Whenever you can see most of the floor in a hoarder house it is a good day...!
You have done a remarkable job! It helps to have such good friends to came to your aid and that of the home owners. God bless them for their courage and you for your kindness! 💕💕💕👍👍👍👍
Hubby busted out laughing at the yogi and boo boo imitation and the 2 litre syrup container is one like we saw at a lodge where 12 people sat at each table for pancake breakfast.
everybody need a Zanovia in their life. what a great powerful woman, and funny too! always brings an extra sparkle when she apears in a video
I love that makeup travel case, I'd turn it into an art case!!❤️💕😍💕💕
Same, that case would have been the proud new receptacle of my dip pens and ink pots.
This is such a win-win. This couple can actually make some money off these tons of things AND have a peaceful home! Plus you get money and satisfaction.
You do realize that you have started a new side business, "Help me" clearing and dispersion. 😊
We all needs friends like this, who rally around to help you accomplish a goal!! This channel is so interesting on so many different levels. From the items found to the people who are involved.
I wish I could visit the charity shops in your area!! I'm sure you give them LOTS of great treasures from all of your clean-outs!!
You have some amazing workers there. You’ve got great friends.
