Once covid hit and everything shut down, so did I. I became lazy, no exercising. Which ain't good seeing as I'm in IT and sit a lot during the day. As a result, I lost mad muscle tone, and my hips became weak and frozen. I struggled to find a true beginner workout, as the ones I found hurt so so much. I can do yours, though. And I'm making myself do this workout everyday until I get better to move to the next level. Thank you!!

My new favorite workout! Thank you so much. I started having mobility issues after I fractured my spine in 2 places. I enjoyed this beginners work out because it's easy to follow and just the right speed and intensity for this 53 yr old❤
I first saw you on Facebook. Now that I don't use Facebook anymore, I'm very glad to have found these exercise videos on TH-cam. You are truly a superstar: so warm and gentle. You seem so kind. And your exercises make me feel good.
Thank you for creating this workout. It's gentle on the beginner like me. You feel just a slight burn, but not a sharp pain when you go through the motions. Thanks again and please create more easy to follow workouts for beginners.
I have seen countless videos of 'beginner' exercise programs, but every one of them is actually designed for people that have active lifestyles and free range of motion. You are the first trainer that I actually feel truly designs your programs for true beginners or people that have been sedentary due to illness or injury. I have been doing a 20 minute workout each morning of five minutes each, at a moderately high pace, of an elliptical, rowing machine, stationary bike, and glider for almost a year. It has increased my energy levels but my body is still very stiff, sore and it still looks the same. I struggle with two bulging discs in my lower back and I know a stronger core will help my lower back, however, the catch 22 is that most core exercises aggravate my lower back so I am limited to a tabletop opposite arm and leg extension. I discovered your videos on FB reels a week or so ago. I have done the simple exercises in your videos, for 10-20 reps each and I'm already seeing a huge difference in my range of motion and energy levels. I have even found that I don't have pain when I wake up. I still do my circuit each morning, but I find that adding your exercises in throughout the day has made a difference. I'm not one for before and after photos, but I might have my husband take some at the beginning and end of each month of 2025 just to see the progression. Thank you for developing a workout plan that truly is designed for beginners.

I disagree. I like to know how much time is remaining, and when to stop. Especially helpful when you're doing a head turning exercise, so you can't see the screen. Maybe turn down your volume or even mute it, after you know the moves?
