Yooo! That’s my matching set that I sent to DJI about a week ago. Honestly there was no real reason to trade it in other than to go to white. The chain specs: 21 inches 135.6 g
Bracelet: 7.25 inches 51.5 g
I love Rey’s gold and cash but I just had different plans with my jewelry. Mostly a smaller chain with diamonds with the diamond sleek lock. It surprised me when I saw that that was mine lol.
How long did you have them?

@@Cubaknowloco I tried to get in contact with Norma (the lady who handles all the business ends of the purchase) and I just wouldn’t get a reply. I wanted to upgrade to 14k and I think because of the influx of new customers, she just wasn’t able to get back to me. She is a nice lady and all but I want to be able to talk to whoever is making my chain or if I have problems. This is not just me texting once and getting no response. It’s repetitive over months and I want to give DJI a chance. Plus they make white gold pieces. And yes I know “it looks like silver” lol.

Thats gotta be an old chain like someone else said. My links are not only tighter, but I dont have that big gap on the sides of the box lock either. I have a 14K, 24", 11.4mm 237 grams. I purchased it early December 2019 and received it mid January 2020. In my opinion its perfect. It has the more traditional look being slightly rounded. Very small difference but also results in more weight. Same size chain from DJI was estimated to be about 17 grams lighter because they file it a little more. Also, the service from Reys is unmatched. Norma, Rey's wife handles the orders and will respond to all texts. Every little detail and question is responded too quickly, with pictures and videos of tour chain every step of the way

Received my hubby 9mm 14k diamond lock 25 inch cuban link chain and his 10k 9mm cuban link 8inch bracelet and we absolutely love it Rey and Norma were absolutely amazing.

Reys is by far superior. Unfortunately since you’ve made this video, DJI has lost their touch. They have terrible customer service and their links kink and flip so easily. Reys actually cares about its customers while DJI only cares about the influencers who will say they are the best. I spent 5k on a 7mm from DJI and had so many problems with it and was treated like shit. Never buying from DJI again. Shop Reys for the best quality and customer service.
Thank you for sharing you experience. Reys does make a great link and glad they were able to gain a customer. Sucks that you had an overall bad experience , however DJI had no interest in “influencers” or looking for them. I built a strong relationship with them based on being an actual customer and spending alot of money with them and sharing my experiences with their products. The reason I love this guy? Is because he'll give you what you need. Not what you want. He honest and gives props where props are due. He hasn't sold out or even will in my opinion.

I have a bracelet from both. The one from Daniel doesn’t hang straight and one of my links has a crack in it. It has diamonds and every other link. I love it I just think they rushed it. The one from Rey is just a plain Jane 14k 8mm bracelet and I love it. They both make awesome bracelets

Yurrrrrrr I was waiting for this review, to be honest it literally came down to Reys cash and gold and Daniel Jewelry inc, and like I said before the casted box lock was the only reason other than yourself that I went with Daniel jewelers Inc. Reys work is very good but the fact that I couldn’t get more the 2 letters on the casted lock and they had a year warranty on their box lot which kind of made me uneasy about purchasing from them but other than that they’re very good.
My Daniels jewelry inc chain has gaps just like that chain i believe whether its casted or hand made .when the jeweler marrys the links most dont come out perfect .

Been looking at all the youtube vids on cuban chains for the last 3 months and I think I have watched them all 2-3 times now lol. I personally like how Rey files his links alot. He files them with a beautiful curve to where he leaves the link thick in the middle curving down to thin sides. Gives them a dome shape. I ended buying from D-lux Jewelers in Tampa though because he agreed to alloy my chains 18k gold the way I asked him too. 12.5 percent equal parts copper and silver so it matches my gold Rolex. All the guys in Miami are using a higher copper lower silver percentage for a darker 18k gold tone that Im not a fan of. Also from a metal perspective you cant say with 100 percent certainty that a casted box lock is weaker than a custom made one. If anything I think the casted lock would be stronger and in my opinion that is the only thing I would be concerned about.

Two things I noticed on the chain. Loose, moving around clasp handle. & The porosity on the chain is very noticeable
