Having worn a 6mm as a daily, sometimes a 5mm, i wouldn’t go above 10mm for a daily, 9mm is the sweet spot imo because no need to be big or anything 8mm is great, 10mm for the bigger look, i own a 14k 5mm russian chain and it looks great, only 37 grams but still a nice piece and no problem with wearing it daily, has a nice look to it, i wear a 6mm and getting a cross pendant all sterling silver not very big weight but still nice
