I first thought in the game that you get basic pants and shirts etc, and then you could add jackets, armors etc on them on armor workbenches and then you would add the parts on the jackets and then it would be 1 piece you can rename it as you want.
I really hope in a dlc they include ranger armor, its not very likely since fallout 4 takes place on the east coast, but I would still love for it to make an appearance at some point

+Lusty Luna you can get it from a raider named sully mathis or something like that in the dig excavation just near sanctuary, do his short quest where u turn the valves under the water for him to stop the leaks, then wait a few days and go back and the site will be a full raider camp and he is the boss! Kill him and take his cage armor :)
The perfect military style armor set for a female is this: gunner harness, shadowed leather left and right arm guards, shadowed leather left and right leg guards, and shadowed or BOS combat armor chest piece. Make sure you don't use the heavier set of combat armor chest piece or you will look like you have football pads on.
How do i get the feathered dress? I tried killing the girl wearing it but she kept getting up, and when i turned around the whole city were firing at me, so then i tried pickpocketing it but it wasn't in her inventory... Any tips?
I wish they would implend a system for fallout 5 to make your own Power armor like design how it would loo, more options to color it make your own clothes etc and a more better village/city settlement system. And make children/synth's/super mutants/deathclaws all enemies you can imagine to make and make your ally or as a village/city guard. That would push fallout towards a bigger limit then it is now.

a few of these give like really high defense though like some versions of silver shroud give 80 and i think the rail road gives 95 if i remember right

I have armoured baseball uniform, which upgraded atm does 90 defence. Then I have all my armour on top. Have a total of 240+ and still upgrading
