How to use HARIO Drip Pot Woodneck🧵 to make MILK TEA 🥛🍂| HARIO | My Way

📌 Hello everyone, this is a video on how to make MILK TEA using the HARIO Drip Pot Woodneck. This dripper is marketed for coffee however it can be used to pull tea! You don't need two of the same drip pot as it can be substituted by any other pot available to you. We use two different pure Ceylon tea leaves, one from Lipton (more flavour) and another from Rickshaw (more body) for the tea. This milk tea can be served hot or cold.

⏱️ STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
1. Prepare 12g of Ceylon tea leaves in the strainer (6g from each brand if possible)
2. Boil water to 100°C (450ml)
3. Pour-over the strainer and let the tea drip
4. Pull the tea 4x
5. Prepare cup with ice (skip if want hot)
6. Mix the tea and the milk together (add sugar to your liking)
7. And it's ready!
