We’re heading out in about a week full time and will be giving Thousand Trails a shot. We like things pretty basic, so I think it will be a good fit. Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts! Subscribed!

I’ve been using the TT Camping Pass (14/7) for 2 years on the west coast. Works for me. SoCal seems to be my favorite these days. Monthly $70 membership & boondocking expenses are low cost. Cycling & backpacking for fun.

If you try traveling with two thousand trails memberships - that is considered bridging (trying to get around "out" time.) They will cancel both memberships and I believe there won't be a refund. I am sure people still do it. They will not even allow you to pay retail to extend your stay past the 14 days for instance. (because this creates an unfair environment for others and ruins the way it is supposed to work)

Oooh noo that’s a bummer. I’ve seen some people talk about doing that online but I guess not a good idea

We have no thousand trails campgrounds in Missouri or any boarder state

Yeah they only really have them on the west and east coasts which is a bummer
