I recently found a "leaked" video on a purple Galaxy Flip and I swear its going to have the crease problem the original Fold has. I wish this Razr was unlocked and not Verizon Exclusive. Maybe in the future

It is, I have he Samsung fold and while it's cool, the specs is just not up there with highend phones and while this Moto is cool too, the spec just don't do it for me, but does make me want one hehe Hopefully the next gen flips will be alot better with specs ect waiting for the next Samsung fold and see how that turns out!
It looks cool to you because the elites spoon feed the masses technology they already have behind closed for decades before they release it to the public. They'll be releasing the hologram technology for these devices pretty soon in the next few years or so
The crease is nonexistent because of the hinge design. That’s what I like about it the most. The display bends outwards if that makes sense. Some you tubers go into more detail as to how it works.
Motorola needs to calm down with the price. They’d sell all sorts of units if this thing was affordable, but if I gotta choose between buying a cheap car or a cell phone, I’m going with the car

Most of the price, I'm sure, goes into then foldable display and special hinge. You also have to think about cooling with a device specially built like this. So maxed out specs with the smaller battery to maintain size and fold-ability, might not have worked out well. Price still isn't justified, I just understand the spec choices a little better thinking about it that way.

I bought one a week ago. I'm enjoying it. I paid 499.00. if you ad a line it is 199.00. the phone is fast, memory is good. Display is good. Yes it only has one speaker but it does come through in stereo and it is loud. I can't say anything bad about it. Price I paid is good. It does have face unlock. Finger print scanner is very fast.

I've been hating on the folding smartphone concept for the last year. They are expensive, not as durable and seem like design wise, have primarily been trying things nobody asked for. This one, however, is something I could get behind. I keep my phones in my pocket, and this has a great form factor for doing so.

Also if you end up having fast battery drain it could actually be because of the moto actions themselves, having those turned on makes your accelerometer always active and ready to sense those movements, just like the raise to wake feature is a partial battery drain issue on iPhones.
SO sick! This is the phone we have been waiting for. I haven't been excited for a phone since smartphones came out. The old school dudes who had the razr already know how sick that phone was and this is what we dreamed about back then.

Moto does have glass screen, not plastic like galaxy fold. They have thin glass, that folds, but the screen also slides inside it's bezels.
I like my iPhone but I never get tired of checking out this phone as well as the Z Fold 3 and Z Flip 3 whenever I’m at Best Buy.
The phone looks good, but the price is TGH for a mid range specs!
