@@penguinoverlord9994 I think op was talking about the animation introduced in Brawl that was done each time a char grew with a mushroom
its because the taunt animations had to be canceled and the "grow big" one just wouldnt have looked right

One thing I wanna point out is that the Giant setting in Melee and Brawl's special smash mode (didn't check if Ultimate also has it) does stack with Super Mushrooms if they're enabled.
So you could've made Mario bigger if you changed up the settings to only drop super shrooms.
Edit: Confirmed that super shrooms do stack with the Mega(giant) setting in Ultimate's special smash. So yeah, you could've had a much better end result

There was one time in smash 4 where I was doing the borad game thing. Imagine a bowser jr with mushroom smash (starts out with a permanent mushroom) using a mushroom item (permanently increased size) who collects a mushroom mid fight and becomes bigger than final smash jiggly puff
After you do this with a character, they'll get removed because they are too big for smash

from my rough, rough, rough calculations and my own measurements of growth, I came to the conclusion that ridley's max height goes from 3.289m tall to 15.048m tall
Also a little side note, the mega mushroom does not double your size. When testing it on Mario, it only increased his height by 71.4%.
