Are there any limitations for foreigners when buying a house?
I know I'm not allowed to purchase bare land.
Are there any different titles on the land and the house?
I'm looking for a house with a maximum och 50 cotok (5000m2)

I believe you are allowed to purchase housing land. What you can’t buy is farming land. It depends on how it’s zoned.

Not a problem at all for a foreigner to buy a house and land for living or building purposes. If there is a part of the land which is right next to your house for gardening purposes - also such land can be purchased.
As a foreigner you cannot buy a big piece of farming land somewhere in the field, only residents can buy such land. Meaning that if you have a residence permit, such land can be bought for as long as your residence permit is valid.
At least at this moment you cannot buy such land as a non resident, but nobody knows how it will be in the future.
