@@dvcam22 thanks for your message! Ya, there are very few ocean front homes on the market at the moment and the neighbors 2BR home just sold for about $1M. The shoreline is walkable here and you'll be on sand maybe 100m to the north and 400m to the south. This house is right in between 2 great beach clubs, maybe a 10 minute walk either way, Jungle Fish to the north and Beached Bikini to the south.
You should start with a price ,I don't have 1.5 mln , but I just waste my time to watch video about house that most of the people couldn't afford.
@@michaelgr2330 Sorry you feel you wasted your time Michael. The price is listed in the description, it's also on the listing within the description and also stated in a previous comment. In earlier videos, I had stated the price in my videos and had some professional feedback that suggested to never put the price in the video, since prices on listings often change, the whole video itself would be shot. And it's sad but true, most of us can't afford any of the oceanfront properties here in the Riviera Maya

@@dianawestrup7416 I lived in Mexico until the age of 25, when Mexico wasn’t as violent as it is now. It was in the late 80’s. Moved to the United States. My husband and I had plans to retire in Mexico, but because we do not feel comfortable there we decided for Spain. Nice, cheaper than Mexico and safe!
