Nice to see that machine back together. Can you do me a huge favor and go in the depth on your chain? Drive on your M44 at highly appreciate it. You're doing a great job. I hope this channel grows.
Much appreciated. I regret not making a channel sooner but I’ll keep working at it. Actually I’ve had a few people asking about that and plan to make an in depth video on it. I’ll be tearing it apart to paint in the next couple weeks since the lahman is now functional the m444 can get some attention. Thanks so much for the support, it really motivates me to keep pushing through the projects.
The data plate on my 1978 model states max lift capacity 600 pounds. I wonder if that rating is with the bucket installed or whether you have to subtract the weight of the implement. Kinda like with crane rigging.
@@joshgngt That is the rating at the pin/ attachment plate. Sadly doesn’t include the weight of your attachment. I’ve forgotten that a few times. I remember real quick that my forks are 300 pounds. When the rear end leaves the ground.
@@FenrirFabrication The machine looked a little light in the rear with your axle on the forks, that's what reminded me about the rating. Making progress on mine. Made up all new battery cables after work yesterday.
@@joshgngt I could definitely feel it moving that axle but overall still felt stable. Mine is rated at 800 pounds and it’s definitely capable of that. I recently moved one of my Lincoln Rangers and it had no complaints despite being probably 100 pounds over capacity. Keep up the work, these little machines are extremely useful.
