I have NAFD and COPD. I've been taking NAC first thing in the morning for the last two weeks and I'm really seeing some benefits. Especially with my lungs and my overall sense of well being. I work part time in a store that requires a lot of ladder climbing and my job has become much easier. I'm taking 1000mg. My breathing is so much better now.

Take it just before bed, or in daytime take it with food. It tends to upset some people's stomachs, so this is the best way. If using for liver, or taking too much Tylenol, take it with Alpha Lipoic Acid and Milk Thistle capsules for greatest benefits.

NAC took 5 weeks stop my "illness". Had another two months well after that (feb this year) then got Anhedonia on two occasions which shut mind and body down for 24 hours each time. Started taking it 30 to 36 hours apart which worked for a couple of weeks. Then had a massive reaction to it leading to massive inflammation and infection markers on blood tests, 10 days of delirium, lost 11 KG (what muscle I had retained)Symptoms of bronchial infection, but definitely triggered by NAC. Am devastated. Made such a difference to my life. Now am back to feeling terrible all the time. This has gone on for decades. No one knows whats wrong with me. Blood tests come back "normal"- lost my spleen at 21, am 68 in October. Desperate for some wellbeing. Terrified of taking NAC again-got huge supply in fridge as thought I'd found a remedy. . . .

It was patented in Italy and made using Quantum Physics. It is not necessary to take 600mg capsules, the Augmented NAC are 200mg and only two are taken daily. I know I’m not the doc you are asking. Cordyceps extract, buy a lb. Mix rounded tsp or two with water. I take it before bed but anytime. Almost tasteless. Stir briskly and chug down before it settles in glass. Scientific studies galore. It stopped my deep coughing and mucous fast. So good for you lungs and so many fronts.
Also celery seed extract powder 1/4 tsp 1-2x day. High in chem 3NB, widely studied it inhibits core upstream receptor involved in asthma and autoimmune diseases. There isn’t a drug which does the same.
3NB also normalizes blood pressure, so if you’re taking blood pressure medication, you’ll want to monitor your blood pressure. Often times people end up, discontinuing their blood pressure medication and it works where medication don’t work for blood pressure of course work with your doctor it also helps reverse glaucoma, multiple sclerosis and so much more. It’s an incredible longevity substance.
You can purchase bulk herbs at Amazon, Bulk meaning, loose powder in larger amounts it’s so much cheaper, and many don’t realize for a lot of herbal sub supplements, that the required dose is much higher than the pills they buy

At first I thought it was crystals I was wearing but it makes more logical sense that it was the NAC which I was really taking to help with a lung infection thing, then I noticed going on a day without drinking i was irritable and expecting to start getting the shakes and rapid heart beat but it never happened. So then I thought maybe it was just a delayed withdrawl kind of thing but a month latter still nothing. I'm assuming it was the NAC which I was taking about 4 grams of every day but maybe it was the crystals and prayers to god.
