🌟 Columbian Empanadas Filling varies but the most common ones are meat, potatoes, chicken, and rice. In later years, vegetarian-friendly versions have appeared including fillings such as cheese, mushrooms, and other vegetables. Traditionally, empanadas are served with a few drops of lemon and aji picante sauce, made with mildly spicy chili, fresh coriander, and chopped tomatoes. Empanada:- 2 cups Flour, 1/2 cup Masa,1 & 1/4 cup water, 1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil Ground Beef:- 1 ibs ground beef mixed with Espagnole Sauce: Add 1/2 cup canola oil, 1/4 cup red pepper flakes, 1 large onion, 4 cloves garlic, 1 red bell pepper, 1 tsp oregano 1 tsp black pepper 1 tsp salt to pot and simmer uncovered on medium for 5 minutes. Place solids into a blender for a smooth sauce. Return to pot, add 14.5 oz of can diced tomatoes and 2 Tablespoons beef bouillon for an Espagnole Sauce and cook on medium reduce by half to thicken by simmering it on the stove until the red sauce thickens. Aji Picante sauce: Ingredients: 2 Tbsp white wine, 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, bunch green onion/chives, 1/4 tsp ground coriander, 4 tsp of hot sauce, 4 Tbsp Picante sauce. Combine Empanada with filing. Bake 400 F for 15 minutes. Brush Empanada with Chimichuri sauce: 3 teaspoon chili flake 1 teaspoon of garlic 1 teaspoon oregano 1 teaspoon basil 1 teaspoon parsley 1 teaspoon sweet paprika ½ teaspoon salt 1/4 cup red wine vinegar 1/2 cup olive oil Columbian Hot Chocolate: 2 cups heavy cream, 2 Tbsn granulate sugar, 12 to 14 pieces of dark chocolate bar. In a medium pot, heat the milk over the stove until warm. Add the sugar. Add the chocolate into the cream and stir until the chocolate melts. Las Delicias De Diana's Colombian Aji with Alvarado: Salt, 1 Tbsp Olive Oil, 3 Tbsp Frank Hot Sauce, 1/2 Alvacado, Green Onion, Cilantro, squeeze of lime/lemon, 1/4 cup water

Esta empanadas son también destinadas para otros pueblos no latinos ,yo creo es muy amable de decirno que otra clase de harina puedo puedo usar en Argelia donde no hay harina de maíz tipo PAN ni precocido ...gracias mi señora de los ojos morenos JAJAJAJAJAJAJA bendiciones
Diana, empanadas COLOMBIANAS! Con el producto de la marca republicana GOYA y Harina Venezolana!!!! Adicional así no se hace, son empanadas, pero no Colombianas!
If you want more authentic Colombian empanadas, I use Triguisar powdered seasoning instead of the goya products, and shredded beef instead of ground beef.

Porque sera que cuando ls frio se habren?
Hola, la razón es por que la masa está muy suave y l empanada queda muy delgada y la otra razón es que el aceite no está a la temperatura correcta.
