Which products do you plan of getting with PDRN? I just learned of this recently and have a couple products I’m interested in. Iope’s PDRN Caffeine Shot serum and VT Cosmetics PDRN 100 Essence. They’re both vegan though.

I love that this can be used in the undereye area! I'll ask about it, not sure if my med spa offers it yet. I've only tried PRF and EZ PRF by my eyes. I like it, but probably due to movement, I'd say the eye area lasts about 3 months, and I've had it done 3 times. I did love the EZ PRF in my cheeks; I just got it so I don't know how long it will last, but I love it! No HA fillers for me; I'm willing to wait for natural results. A waitress mistook me for my 17 year old son's older sister yesterday- I was like OMG!! These treatments really work!!

I had Rejuran injected under my eyes when I was in Seoul last year, and it was the most painful treatment I’ve ever had (even with numbing cream, and with a high pain tolerance). They recommended 3 sessions, but the pain stopped me from continuing! I didn’t notice any difference after that 1 treatment, so I’d likely would have to do more, but under sedation 😅
What made it more painful vs something like getting botox or filler injected? Everyone keeps saying it hurts so much so jm trying to understand if it is just the quantity of the injections or something else?
I think it’s due to the viscosity of the product. Also the skin under the eyes is thin (I haven’t done it full face, just under eyes)

I was wondering if you could do a video on juvelook! I’ve been thinking of wanting to get it… but I don’t trust the idea of fillers. If the hyaluronic acid in it will linger in the face for years and having aging accelerate overtime… I’m not sure… some people recommend having rejuran and juvelook to have an even greater effect! Thank you for this video. I needed to learn about Rejuran. I have had no luck with many of the hyaluronic fillers I've tried. After trying a few several years ago - Voluma, Radiesse, etc., I found their filling disappeared in about 2 months. It was explained that my fast metabolism caused that so I was advised to try Bellafill because it lasts much longer and this worked until I developed granulomas soon after the injectables, not months later which is typical. A plastic surgeon said the granuloma problem was cause by it interfering with silicone which I had many years ago. So I was never going to try such injectables again. However last year my dermatologist suggested HRA and said it wouldn't be a problem with silicone because many of his patients have had silicone injections and it didn't present problems so we did it. That night I broke out in what looked like large hives from the injections which he had to treat for several months. It was a shame because as it healed I looked great which I don't any longer. So I need to find out if Rejuran will work for me. Do you have an expert opinion on this or is Rejuran too new to for you to have experience with? Sorry for this very long question.
I like it a lot but most importantly have your provider assess your face. Depends on your skin and goals as well as extent of sag and collagen loss.

I had both Rejuran Healer (?) and Rejuran Scar (it's indicated for acne scars) more than once in 2020 and 2021 in Europe. It was ok but quite painful on some parts of the face and not THAT impressive. IMO, hyper-dilute Radiesse delivers INFINITELY superior results and is much more tolerable both during the procedure as well as what the face looks like immediately post-treatment.

@@ashleylunak9697 I imagine Googling. It's rare outside of Europe from what I understand (I could be wrong though). It is done via a cannula. It was actually reading about it in medical journals that got me interested. It's a FANTASTIC procedure if you can find provider. I would search "hyper dilute Radiesse" followed by where you live.

Hi Dr Rajani. Two questions: is there any risk of a vo with Rejuran? According to my research some PN/PDRN boosters contain cross-linked HA. I'd rather go for a watery product. Second question: Can PN/PDRN stimulate Osteoblasts with the mesotherapy/microneedling technique. For me it would make sense if it was injected deeply. How else can the particles get near the bone?
Yes. Anything with a particle size can blind. Even botx has caused blindness from the skin entry embolizing

Hi doc! How are you? Hope everything is fine.
I want to ask for your opinion, please.
I did TCA cross 90% for my ice pick scars with my board certified dermatologist here in the Philippines. Note that I had 9 other TCA cross done before that. So my healing process with her work was, on the left cheek, the scabs went off easily like 3-5 days as normal. However, on the right cheek, it took 2-3 weeks at least before it fell off and the scars became widened and deeper plus post inflammatory erythema. So imagine the shock and anxiety it gave me since I’ve been applying for a flight attendant position so I have to have flawless skin, right?
My derma said to just wait, it will heal. 2 months after, she gave me a chemical peel for free for the PIE. Now, it’s been 3 months, it’s better than before but then again, there’s still PIE and the atrophic scars are there. I’ve been asking her to fix the craters caused by her TCA cross because I never had those atrophic scars before our TCA cross so naturally, I was hoping for a moral obligation from her to fix my botched skin.
She will do a procedure if I will pay her. If I won’t pay, her preposition is to just wait until it heals, the PIE and the atrophic scars. Why would I pay the damage she has caused, right?
Will it really heal just by waiting? How long will it take? A year or two? Do I have time to wait? No. I am unemployed and looking to go back to the airline industry and this happened to my skin? That’s so outrageous and unacceptable.
It seems she doesn’t care about my situation that airline hirings come and go and I needed to be in my best skin every time they come here in the Philippines. I didn’t even go to some openings because I can see my skin is still not in the best shape. She never empathized with me even blaming me that I did this to my skin. As if she is god that she cannot do mistakes in her works. She also gaslights me that my skin is flatter now compared to before. And I was like, I won’t be stressing about my skin and be unhappy if the results were good from before. I swear, I don’t know if she is blind or what.
I have consulted with other dermas who saw my botched skin and they said procedures can already be done to resurface the skin and 3 months is enough for healing and waiting already.
What can I do now that I can’t seem to talk to my derma in a civil way anymore for her to fix my skin caused by her procedure. Can I sue her? At this point, I don’t want her touching my face anymore but I can’t let it go that she doesn’t care about her clients whom went to her to have a better skin but gave the worst outcome. If this happened to me, maybe it will happen to other people.

Doctor, don't you think this would practically be an industrialized formula for iPRF? Obviously I'm referring to a rough and unrealistic comparison, but I'm referring to having the same characteristics as a platelet aggregate, but more powerful??? Because if we add HA or other active constituents of the PDRN formula to the platelet aggregate, wouldn't we have the same result?

Would this work in knees? Could this be used to help avoid knee replacement surgery? My husband had one knee replaced, but he developed DVT from that procedure - and this is considered a disability in the US. The other knee needs a replacement, but he's afraid to try surgery again.

What is your take on AMI-eye boosters? This one has become really popular.
At what depth would you recommend microneedling it in? I do both cosmetic (.25mm) or deep (.75-1.5mm). I don’t think I need to go deeper than that.
