    can't agree more, Nikki is the one who provides many videos for different levels. Many other TH-camrs are jumping crazily that I really can't keep up with. Fortunately, I found Nikki in Nov 2023. My knee pain was gone in 3 months. I have an 8-mins health bounce every morning and have 30 mins Nikki videos 3-4 days per week in the afternoon. Nikki is the best.

    This is a very much appreciated testimonial. I am anxiously awaiting a Bellicon rebounder that I ordered five weeks ago from Germany. I am 72 years old and currently in remission from lymphoma. I am 80 pounds overweight and have balance issues and extreme low energy. Thank you for helping me feel like it is not a crazy thing for me to hope that rebounding will benefit me.       Ordered 5 weeks ago?? oh no, I was about to order a bellicon myself but hate to think it will take 5 weeks to arrive! I might change to a different brand.

    I've tried so many diets, and exercising- which I do love to do. But nothing has worked for me either for decades.
    I turned 60yo on Jan 1st & wanted a rebounder for my Birthday- I got it & now it'll be a month soon & I've only not done it once in that time.
    It feel so much better, no more joint pain, balance better, steps & chores so much easier, lots inches in my waist, hips & legs.
    Even my pants/jeans I couldn't even fit are now lose & baggy😊❤ just so many changes in a short time. SO MANY YA'LL
    I'm just so happy my prayers have been answered.
    ITS so worth doing this daily.

    Thanks for sharing! I found Earth and Owl Nov 2023. Since I started my Earth and Owl membership a few physical symptoms I developed last year have resolved: I developed some night vision problems while driving last year which have completely resolved. I also started having regular muscle cramps last year which I didn’t realize rebounding was resolving until I stopped regular rebounding for a few weeks at Christmas time and they started up again. I too have been strictly watching how I eat all of last year and haven’t lost hardly any weight. Hoping rebounding can help in that regard. Thanks for pointing out that the walking videos are enough! Thanks Nicki for your great channel and great membership options

    Thanks for sharing. 🥰 I’m enjoying rebounding as part of my rotation of exercises. It’s GREAT cardio and it’s fun and the choreography isn’t too complicated but challenges your brain and balance as well. Most certainly agree Earth & Owl is an awesome channel (newish subscriber) won over by Nikki’s charm and encouragement and accessibility. There are workouts for all fitness levels here!! Very inclusive and great for our health. 🥰🏃🏼‍♀️💕🇨🇦🏃🏼‍♀️💕

    I can completely relate to your story Jennifer!! Thank you so much for sharing!!! Sounds like what I've been going through for the past 3 years.. No matter what I did I have not been able to loose the weight.. Hoping now that I've finally taken the plunge with the Rebounder and a great friend pointing me to Earth & Owl I will finally start feeling better and having similar results!!     Nikki- question: Earth & Owl My JumpSport350 just arrived. I am a young senior and beginner. I am told the bungees come attached. Do I leave them as is, or must I tighten them to increase tension? Also, is manual adjustment the same as using this feature, ".. the FlexBounce feature on this series allows you to customize the firmness of the mat." ?

      Give it a try as is! If you're struggling, adjust them to a firmer setting.
