    Great video! Did you speed up the footage of the prestige making the flat white? My prestige is much much slower! It does not shoot out the coffee that fast!

    Is there any issue with using nut milks on these or adding a flavored syrup to the milk?

      Hi Stacey, Most non-diary milks will work in these machines but there are variations in NDM brands in quality of froth. It's best to add syrups after milk is frothed.

    Does the cadorna prestige have a milk froth setting? Or does it froth the milk the same way for all milk based coffees?

      Hi Reem, Thanks for the question. It's one froth style for all drinks. What makes a big difference is the flipping of the espresso and milk prep order based on the drink being made. It's just as a barista would do and results in proper texture and good mouth feel.

    👋 any hints to why my cadorna prestige milk is too foamy… even for a flat white?
    Will the milk temp vs milk fat make a difference?

      Hi there, Thanks for the question. Different milks will have different frothing characteristics. Some will be foamier than others. I tend to get the best results from whole milk but use a different brand of whole milk and the froth may be a little different. Higher fat milks tend to take in more air.

    @whole latte love i just unboxed and set up my Gaggia Cadorna Milk and I can’t get the Capp-in-cup to froth milk. Basically it’s not pulling the milk from the container Not sure what I’ve done wrong with set up. Any ideas/advice?

      Hi Amanda, Please be sure the Capp-in-Cup is properly assembled and attached. Also move the milk source closer to the device. The longer the vertical distance between milk surface and device the harder it is for the machine to pull milk. I have a Cadorna Prestige, and if I do not meticulously clean the milk jug and the feed tube after every use, it clogs up.

      Hi BC, Milk components do require cleaning from time to time for proper operation. Are you using the carafe's quick milk clean function? Doing that shortly after making a milk drink should leave the carafe, with milk still loaded, ready to go back in the fridge and ready for use next time. Deeper cleaning should be performed every few days using the machine's carafe deep milk clean cycle and/or disassembling spout components and cleaning manually.

      @@Wholelattelovepage I do use the quick clean. I am vegan and have been using Pacific Barista Series Coconut milk. It does seem to thicken once it is open.

    How many grams of coffe the machine used for flat white prepared by you?

    • @Wholelattelovepage
      @Wholelattelovepage  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi AM, The machine will do 2 grind cycles fopr the flat white. max dose for a single is 11.5g so depending on yoour strength setting you can get up to 23g of ground coffee used for the flat white.

    Can I ask what grind setting do you guys use on the prestige for coffee and latte for medium roast beans. I can't seem to get it right.

    • @Wholelattelovepage
      @Wholelattelovepage  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey Mossy, On this type of machine I almost always set my grind to the finest setting regardless of bean type/roast. From there I use strength setting to adjust depth of flavor. Hope that helps!

      @@Wholelattelovepage it does thank you. I was mostly using the middle setting bit ill deffo try the finest setting. Lots of shots to be pulled to get me there 😂
