I have a quick question. Is the power of the steamer manual ore like most home machines like puch the button 100% steam ore 100% off. I learned the palance on a resturant machine and niss it on home machines
very interesting. review, I was born and live in Switzerland thus i'm acquainted with the brand but curious to know how does it compare with the Lelit Anita or Kate ?
Thanks for the video. I keep programing my machine for 30 seconds brewing time but it randomly stops, either earlier or too late. Anyone familiarized with this issue?
The machine programs the volume in the cup, for example, 50g. It stops when approximately 50g is reached. The time (seconds) is a variable that depends on factors such as grind size, amount of coffee, tamping pressure, etc. So, if all these variables are kept fairly consistent, you’ll be in the range of 28-32 seconds. You will never achieve this exactly and consistently, which is normal. Also, check out the topic of “proper coffee storage” on TH-cam. It’s another variable that is often underestimated. And most importantly: in the end, your taste is what matters.

This looks remarkably like the Sage/Breville machines. Is Solis from the same stable?
The url not working for the Solis connection to your website.
Thanks for the catch! Working now.
