This video seems to be the fix for my problem.
I like fixing things myself all the time.
I was given a used Power Scrub Deluxe FH50141 on a moving job by a customer.
Anyways I literally just now used it and believe from what im seeing is that the water comes out except for the carpet Solution.
I also gauged that from the solution still being full in the tank.
Anyways it did work great even with the water and i believe it may have shampooed just a little bit on the first passes.
I tipped it over and check the lines out and definitely see the small hose pulling water while big hose (shampoo line) doesnt seem to be pulling anything.
Just wanted to hear your thoughts on this issue im having but i do believe im going to buy this part and just change it out.

If my sprayer handle has low pressure regardless of position, is it likely the pump? Thanks!

My Hoover with the hose sprays at floor but won’t spray when I get it to the couch is it still my pump .
