WTH I'm almost 40 and how am I only learning this now?!! OMG It looks amazing! I eat porridge every day, Often I'll google or search on here for recipes and never once was baked suggested. Thank you for introducing me to this. Oh, can I bake it in my Air Fryer? Thanks Matt Chef!
LOL, there is always something new to learn. I'll be 80 and still learning new (to me) recipes. The air fryer question is a good one. i haven't tried that myself, but I think it should work, especially if you go at a temp like 350. Just watch the tops to make sure they aren't browning too much, and if they are and the inside is still too gooey, cover with aluminum foil until it's all firm to your liking. Enjoy!
Thank you chef! Have been watching your videos about thrift store cookware and came across this. Made it this morning with pumpkin spice oatmilk and chocolate chips instead of fruit and it is so good.
I love oatmeal, any kind. This looks like it would be very good. I believe the pot is used for candy making or anything where evaporation is important.
Heat up in the microwave....oh, dear. I don't have a microwave. Doesn't look like it takes that long to make, so....can't wait to make this for mornings.
My wife makes this every week for her 92 year old mother who we take care of. She puts in Granny Smith apples and also adds protein powder into it as her mom eats like a bird and we’re afraid she isn’t getting enough protein!
Not disputing the healthy aspects of oatmeal but obviously not a staple for those on a low carb diet. And for the trivia: I'm guessing that pot is made for candy making, maybe specifically caramel. I feel like I've seen it before.

Yum!! That sounds delicious 😋 Thank you so much for watching! 🙏
Yummmm Thanks for this recipe‼️🎄
Thanks for watching!
Love oatmeal❤ I'll take a guess on the pan but I think i'm wrong. Is it a gravy pan?
Making me hungry. Love the ramekins. Heading out to thrift!
Right on! 👍

Great intro! I don't like mush. My guess is a souffle pot?
Thank you! And stay tuned for that answer 😎
It is 6:35pm and now I want breakfast.
🤣 I’ll admit to eating this for dinner more than once. And maybe as dessert with some whipped cream on top 😋

Alternatively, you can warm in an oven or toaster oven!

Great idea! I'm sure there is lots of love as well as nutrients in that recipe.
Do i need the sugar? Or butter?
Your call. You can exclude; it just won’t be as sweet and rich. Cheers!

The amount of fiber in a carb reduces the net carb count. The more fiber, the lower the count.
@@CPAndy-x5x It's pseudo-science. Calories in calories out are the on effective measure.
That is a Windsor pan.
Well, it looks pretty good...but, vanilla extract, the butter, I'd rather do without...but it does look apatizing...
Windsor pan!!!
Saucier pan
