  • Hundreds or even thousands of Lodha's customers who swipe their card and pay token regret their decision in the near future. The common experience is that it is very difficult to get your money back from Lodha Group, although a few people do succeed occasionally.     We should always learn about payment schedule, EMI, cancellation charges, cost breakup of the flat, before swiping the card.
    If suppose, everything is fine, then get the application form draft, from the builder and get it checked along with land paper with a property lawyer. Then only go for home loan.

      Of course, there are still a couple of Contempt of Court cases pending against me, plus Lodha's defamation case has to be heard for final judgement. All that will happen sometime before the year 2040, hopefully 😂

    Please make a video on Rajaram Chavan Builder in Kurla, the builder policy is to make building and never allow to make society. He is doing free advertising on the terrace without giving making the society. He has all government offices too in his pocket.

    Why u guy give all your Hard earn money and wait for 3-5 years till u get own house.
    That's to just for u to live...no share in land and can't build another floor for yourself.
    What ever u earn in Mumbai.. u might earn half of it smaller towns and villages.

    Krishna sir is right, job ka koi bharosa nahi hain, kuch bhi ho sakta hain n the possibilities r endless aur phir ek slave ki tarah halat ho jati hain company mein jis ko jo bole wo karna hi padta hain emi pay karna hai toh aur sirf job ka hi nahi even in personal life anything can happen like accident etc still people take loans for 30 long years i really dont understand how and why, 30 yrs mein toh duniya edhar se udhar ho jati hain but ur expected to maintain consistency n make all the payments on time without fail nahi toh turant bank walo ka call aa jata hain, its a big risk especially in modi kal, kabhi bhi koi bhi policy change ho jati hai raato raat aur koi bhi road pe aa sakta hain raato raat

    Sir FYI...Old lodha I don't know but I booked a flat on dec 2019 at Lakeshore green then due to some reason I cancelled after 3days then lodha sales guy told me that it will be refund with in 45 days but as we all know due to covid-19 it was delayed but finally thank god I got my money check amount of 126000 on September 2020..…...so hope u will also get ur money

    From past couple of years, For complaint in Economic Offense Wing consideration amount should be above 6 Cr.
    Old rules to complaint in EOW consideration amount should be 3Cr above .
    Below 3 Cr amount, complaint and investigation of case is under police jurisdiction only. (Unless you get any court order in your favor that your case should be escalated to EOW).
