Of course planks work both arms & core, but to feel it more in your core (rather than arms) try shifting forward so your shoulders are above or slightly an inch past your hands on the mat! Make sure you’re also ‘tucking’ your pelvis in & engaging your core. Planks are felt more in arms when we’re subconsciously shifting the pressure to our arms (which is normal! because who’s brain likes to make our abs burn lol) but just go nice and slow and focus on mind body connection and really hone in on the abs, even if it means doing half the reps!
Any suggestions on how to balance better when doing the table top ones? My balance is messed up in general due to medical issues, but just wondering if anyone had tips?

I don't know if it's just me, but I always feel a lot of burning in my shoulders not my abs during the plank on your hands. What am I doing wrong?
