材料:500克五花肉、20瓣蒜、清水、4勺老抽、1勺生抽、少许盐
1)把肉去皮,洗干净,切片切块&蒜搅成末备用
2)热锅热油爆香蒜末,加入肉翻炒至变白,倒入清水煮至沸腾,盖上锅盖焖25分钟
3)每5-10分钟搅拌一次
4)加入4老抽1勺生抽少许盐炒均匀就可以出锅了
5)香喷喷的蒜香黑猪肉就做好了❤️

Ingredients: 500 grams of pork belly, 20 cloves of garlic, water, 4 tablespoons of dark soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, a little salt
1) remove the skin of pork belly, wash it, slice & blend the garlic into minced garlic for later use
2) Heat oil in a hot pan and sauté minced garlic until fragrant, add meat and stir fry until it turns white, pour in water and bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 25 minutes
3) Stir every 5-10 minutes
4) Add 4 dark soy sauce and 1 tablespoon light soy sauce and a little salt, stir well and serve
5) The fragrant garlic fried pork is ready ❤️
