Thanks your video was very helpful. Everything went as planned except metal bypass O-ring. I ripped the first one and had to run back to the dealer. I might add the two lower fan shroud bolt can be a pain. Removing the air intake w/bracket and air charge pipe made the access much better on passenger side. Harmonic balancer was easy ,3/4 drive socket with breaker bar also a 2 ft extension from my jack hand made simple work of it.
3:30 That harmonic balancer is bolted on extremely tight and may have loctite on the bolt because that crankshaft doesn't have a normal keyway but a couple of small pins instead. Those pins are notorious for shearing off causing the balancer to spin.

What was the live that you stuck under the pickup to keep it from turning
Tool broke a chunk out of my casing when breaking the balancer bolt loose ugh
You made that balancer bolt look easy man! I've got my whole front end off and can't get the damn thing loose haha.
You have to be a big dude to get it by yourself normally take 2 with a breaker extension
