Why I Always Recommend A Pre Purchase Inspection
I love ur videos man, I keep getting codes P2263 and P0107. I clear them every week or so codes are inconsistent. I took my truck to dealership paid over $1000 for them just to tell me to replace my MAF sensor. 1 year later still have this happening.
Hey question can this be an injector issues as well ??? Thx
Will it make the truck run rich
I had the same issue and had to replace my egr cooler. I decided to go with an aftermarket version (BulletProof EGR Cooler). I has an upgraded design that offers better flow and eliminates the very common leak failure. I immediately notice a better throttle response after installation
How your remove the screw in the battle
Hiw does both your rear fig lights work at the same time. I have audi q8
It's well built with a 100% failure rate? 🤪👍
How do you tell if your truck has been cp3 converted new to duramax and I bought a truck from a auction fully deleted not sure if he’s done the cp3
Personally, I would’ve started it up to make sure that the oil rail was not leaking before putting valve cover on
where are you will you do my lml
good video, but i think is not DSG, maybe 09G.
For those that think fast is good it’s not he did not torque one bolt to spec and the balancer bolt should be torqued to 260 ft lbs by not torquing that bolt to spec you can damage the motor
FYI, people are looking for where the bolts are or the hidden fastener. Time lapsed videos showing us you can do it are absolutely useless. Thanks for nothing. Why didn’t you save yourself some time and simply take a picture of before and after. You really didn’t bother showing anything else.
Why silicon?
That module on the frame will corroded and cause the vehicle too totally shut down and be disabled from running!! Ask me how I know.....I'd share pictures if i could post them!
No pizza?
Thanks your video was very helpful. Everything went as planned except metal bypass O-ring. I ripped the first one and had to run back to the dealer. I might add the two lower fan shroud bolt can be a pain. Removing the air intake w/bracket and air charge pipe made the access much better on passenger side. Harmonic balancer was easy ,3/4 drive socket with breaker bar also a 2 ft extension from my jack hand made simple work of it.
I was told this was similar to a 2017 explorer. Is there any truth to that?
Those oil rails, What is the torque spec?
Seems to me you don’t really have to unplug the floor lights and remove the cover. Just pull it down in the front and go to work.🔥
I am using ID4 there is so many problems normally
Is this your first time to do this job, I ask that question because of how much trouble you had with the gasket.
thanks man, the shit they make these days, changed evap purge line on mine 2018 durango. like what the heck? those hoses lasts like for 5 years.
That was quick. Thanks for the information.
Thank you so much for your helpful video bro. Where is mine on a 2013 Nissan Rogue 2.5? Thanks again.
Hope you torqued that phaser down to spec with an additional 90 degree turn on those one time use torque to yield bolts
Those lifters will pump up on their own once they’re installed and ran
Mine just went out can I still drive the truck for a few days ?
I am working on a 6.6 Duramax engine from 2004. After calibrating the first valve step, to proceed to the second step, a good 360 degree stroke is given to the harmonic piston of the crankshaft or is it 180 degrees.
Yours is missing the factory shield around the fan. I'm trying to figure out how to get the new belt on a truck with all the shields.
Crank relearn fixes this . Need to do a crank relearn every time you do clutch replacement
Nice vid with a few rare tips. No one else is showing that 'jam' nut with the Loctite at the bottom of the oil filter shaft. That is an important item. Thanks for showing that. It should be noted however, that doing an oil check 'out of water' is different than 'in water'. Refer to the BRP oil check standardization bulletin which was issued a few years back. It was issued for technicians and operators to ensure accurate oil level checking. Leveling of the PWC, while on land, is a very important step. Few Sea-Doo maintenance / service videos on TH-cam ever make mention of that critical point. As far as a SCOM, I have a 2019 RXTX-300. Plenty fast without mods. I would have liked to have seen the entire coolant exchange with the proper flushing process. I'm up now on 210 hours, so it is due for me. Keep up the great content. Cheers.
I did it without removing the battery.
Was this the discharge line?
Do you know how to test the level sensors in that unit? I've got P203B P21AA P21AB P21B0 and P203D. all are related to Reductant level sensor. I cannot find a pinout for this anywhere.
Can you replace just the one fitting and hose that it is leaking?
What did you charge for this job for both parts and labor?
Within How many miles does this condition usually happen ?
nice job captain
What kind of grease for the o rings
Bro haven’t watched revtap industries that truck good for another 100k miles no oil changes and runnin the rad dry
was having trouble with my ecodiesel.....ac only working here and there. Figured maybe the blower was going out. I thought I was gonna have to take the dash off. Came across this video and BOOM a two minute fix. turns out that connector was loose and about to be completely disconnected. #RAMproblems
Tool broke a chunk out of my casing when breaking the balancer bolt loose ugh
Damn mine were tight! You mentioned WD-40? I put a little PB blast on em… not sure if that helped but finally got it. Thank you
Awesome I installed one of these valves in my 2015 lml a few years ago also, I have been searching for it to be proven ever since! Good to hear it has worked out in 2 trucks for you! This saves big bucks on having to update to cp3 swap prematurely!
Hey, I originally had code P205B. I replaced the Def heater thanks to your install video! But after the replacement within 8 miles these 2 codes popped P2200 P2205 and now my truck states X miles until 65mph service emissions system. The codes are for the Nox sensor 1 and nox sensor heater control, do you think maybe I forgot to plug something in? The truck was drivable before. Just getting super frustrated I appreciate your help

Great Video! If i could ask a question i have a 2005 Chevy Silverado 2500HD Duramax Diesel LLY. Recently i went through hell and was able to get my FICM rebuilt because it was Leaking massive fuel and running intermittently rough. They rebuilt my FICM and replaced a fuel line. Seemed to run good for a while but then at a stop the rough idling came back and pulling wanting to drive forward with my foot on the brake. I have 106k miles on the truck and never had my EGR cleaned or looked at. Also on the freeway after an hour or so of driving occasional loud pinging type diesel noise would happen and go away. On throttle and driving seems normal but maybe less MPG fuel economy i am noticing. Thanks again for the video!
When the hatch is open and raised, your turn signal lights blinking transfers from the tailgate to the bumper lights Thats pretty cool
Great job and great camera work too. I like how you show the multiple angles. I'm doing a CP3 now and I agree with what you said. What we need is good color pictures. Those pencil diagrams are near worthless. And I was disappointed cause that balance line was touching the back of the CP3 real hard, so I had to give that line a slight bending, but it's all working out. Without guys like you doing good video work it's really tough to figure out on your own. Thanks again.
