You posted this 3 years ago but I'm hoping you will read this. Now August 2022. We have a real opportunity to build permaculture communities around the world. I think the farmers who are protesting around the world right now are wasting their time. They won't stop the great reset by force or protests because that's just part of the process. They know how to deal with that.
Instead the idea would be for people to help the farmers pay off their debts, build independence and self reliance. How? Since farmers are at the point of abandoning their farms due to regulations being imposed from above. I think rather than abandoning the land they could invite people (or we should offer) to build permaculture communities with gardens, edible forest, music, arts etc. Real self reliant communities. As independent as possible. We MUST start telling a new and better feeling story.

Achievable by forming solid groups that can approach such farmers with a solid business plan. There are networks around that could do this, but the few attempts I've seen to do exactly this have met with obstacles from the farmers. They are unwilling to relinquish control or any ownership to the groups. Greed, and to a lesser extent fear of their debts, stops them.
The groups have all been unable yo proceed in each instance because of that, and have been unable to raise enough funds to lease or buy the land needed.
Other divisions can surface too, for example it is vital to state clearly what 'utopia' you want and can agree on: permie, with/without animals, vegan or veggie or omnivore etc.
Some rewilding projects, for instance, see the sense of animals as part of the permie biome but then refuse to allow humans to become a part of that landscape - again their ownership greed and need to control stops any progress and no community building is possible.
These have been my experiences, and if there are others that seek to rebuild I'd like to connect somehow.

Awesome video. I would like to offer a kind yet constructive suggestion. First, there are many positives to this video. Very informative, clear, slightly humorous at times, and is important information for people to learn. Thank you. My only suggestion would be to start off with a more positive introduction. The current one seems a bit negative to the information to follow. Perhaps start with stating the top three benefits of living this lifestyle.

Why are all these videos so old? They all (that I’ve found), been added 2-3 years ago.

I seem to recall that it describes one intentional community and one unintentional community!
