Thank you very much brother, super useful! I'm in for co-creating a New Earth of Thriving Intentional Communities :) (Would be great a stronger audio and better background to enjoy you and the content even more. I offer myself to pay for the mic if that helps

Under governance, you didn't mention governance-by-consent (not consensus). Big omission!

This is why communities like this dont last. Its not based on spiritual connections it is based on a corporate mindset or dictatorship. Create villages or tribal settings and limit the amount to less then 300 so the tribe or village can grow families and the kids will have something to have after you are gone. Do not and I mean do not go completely without modern technology. Just use what you need to make the task easier and less backbreaking. Try to use and less of power tools as possible. The first thing you must do is create the culture in which you want for the village and then select carefully the people who shows the best chances to help you build that culture up. Creates a chief(man or woman) then give them 75% control of the village or tribe. Leave a safe space to allow yourself to downgrade or remove the chief if they become more of a burden to the culture then a access. Chiefs tends to get a very bad case of self ego that grows each time they dont get checked. They soon become a dictator and when that happens the tribe or village becomes a cult.

Serious question: what would you like to see under more diversity? We are intentional community designers and would love to know your perspective.
