Im using 13.1s on my acr j10 using a mk 92 hybrid box but now I'm having bad problems shimming my bevel to pinion since doing this upgrade im using the smallest shim possible and im still not getting enough space to my bevel gear causing my pinion to dig into it🤦♂️ I HATE the ACR receiver right now

the best way to achieve a 6.5 DSG gear set is to get yourself a bog-standard shs or rocket dsg sector gear. as well get a shs or rocket 13:1 gear set using the bevel and spur gear from the 13:1, then you'll need to split both SSG and dsd sector gear and swap the 18:1 back gear for the 13:1. that's the route I've gone with my 12:1 dsg airsoft build
Hey mate, awesome build i have built my hybrid 92 gearbox based on your build but I don't have much fps.. my tappet plate is down to like 8 to 9 mm it is fitting in the t piece fine and running a m190 and still low fps any idea? Any advice would be awesome
I think my tappet plate is down to around 5mm or something close.
Did you get a stronger tappet plate spring or trim one?
M190 is a big spring
@@hiroshimascreamer5884 i have a extra strong one but I have also taken an extra loop from each side, the m190 spring has been trimmed down as the 4 loops as it didn't work with the switch block but runs great with the bigrr mosfet in now..
Tienly gt25000 is a 22tpa motor bro.
I usually roughly work out rof with this method. 25000÷60÷6.5-15%=54.5rps

Yeah I used a similar method for ROF calculation but the excel formula calculator makes it easier 😂😂👍🏽

Not yet bud, to be honest I probably won’t. Save myself some headaches lol

Not yet bud, I will soon. I’m trying to work out the best parts to use so they are solid builds.

Hey man looks like you have a alot better knowledge basis than me just got myself a peruns v2 in an mk listening to what you said about how it counts teeth does that mean that shs 18:1 gears won't work with the mosfet ?
