your work is so clean! did you ever mod nylon gear boxes ? i have the hk 416d 2.5 put 16:1 shs gears shs piston brass nozzle single oring i nicked out the war interest red nozzles get a really great air seal...plus a m100 spring ..100%cylinder.....i put it all together thinking im going to get over 300fps but keeps shooting 260fps .....running ausgel ultras down a 260cm id 7.2mm barrel is doing my head in. if i run 7.5mm barrel get gels blocking up t piece .
I got a custom build with the mk 92 box and the top half of the receiver doesn't butt up against the bottom half from trigger back and the grip doesnt butt up either and i seen the vid of the grip alignment but would you have any tips for the receiver issue ??
John H* still experimenting myself bud to find the best one. X force sell them or chenghai gel blaster if you can wait. The green end ones are the ones to keep an eye out for.
i want to try install dsg setup on my gen8,whats the best and safe dsg setup u recommened?i have 9:1 DSG gears,1.2 and 1.3 spring , 32-33k motor...are this ok for dsg setup?
Ariff Pg Ibnu hey mate DSG won’t last long in gen8 box. Probably it will break straight away. You need m160 to m180 spring to start with and that motor is way to fast.
Ariff Pg Ibnu hey bud my suggestion is to read up a whole heap on DSGs and watch a lot of videos once you think you have a good idea of how everything works give it a go. Best way to learn 👍🏽
Dsg builds are destined to break eventually, there are cheaper and more reliable builds to improve rof and trigger response if that is your objective. Given that a DSG setup can be quite pricey to put together you would be best putting it into something high end. Dropping it into a gen 8 is kinda like having a turbo charged Datsun.
as an american who’s been into airsoft who had no clue gel blasters even existed until today, i am honestly surprised they’re basically regular aegs that can be upgraded like any other airsoft gun and it sucks that you aussies have to register these toys as a real firearms
That was only an estimate based on an airsoft calculator. Because it only lasted 3 or 4 trigger pulls it was not worth trying to rebuild it again, plus it would probably never fire correctly and would have issues with miss fires.

Neil Wilson a few, but quickly moved on to cast and CNC boxes. Nylon is a waste of time in my opinion

BawsPanda GBA has 3D printed ones, kind of low quality but they work. Bunnings 12mm tap washers that work well.

Do u have issues with the mag keeping up? And if not, how do u manage it? I can't get the mag to keep up for anything over 40 rps.
Upgrade the mag motor, there’s a couple of options out there.
I still haven’t found the best mag motor for perfect performance.

Matt Stephens I’m using FB, but I’m using wells mags in my 2 SLR receivers. So bare that in mind
Any field allowed it? Just asking.. coz i play airsoft that rps with full auto will be kick out from field .
Most fields here only have fps limits, gel balls don't really hurt as much as BB's.

Maybe get a set of 10.04:1 aztech gears and slap a DSG upper on the sector gear??
