Thank you for showing how to properly use the equipment. I go to LA fitness and I'm fat (why sugar coat it), but you would think the trainers would want to come up and see if I need any help or have any questions but they never do. The guys crack me up since they just go talk to "attractive" non fat girls lol. Maybe if they came up to ask and answer any questions I had I would consider signing up with them but they don't so I just look it up.

Thank you for your comment. If you're referring to the last "mistake" I'm demonstrating on the chest fly, I'm basically explaining why keeping your elbows bent and dropping them down (pointing down) is a less effective way of performing that exercise. Hope that helps.
