This way, you can avoid specific foods with confidence, instead of wondering whether your body’s response is due to those foods or something else( stress, sleep, etc.) I know it is not the best test ever but it can help in a certan way. ❤
This comment may be a little late. But us girls with PCOS should avoid dairy. You mentioned the shape of your skin after eating yogurt for breakfast for a week. The hormones in dairy are no bueno for those with hormone problems.
Yeah, I know, but I have been testing for years, my body is completely fine with dairy somehow, but if it is dairy with sugar, i get an immediate reaction 🙈
spirulina will also change the colour of yogurt to blue and it has health benefits :)

Somwtimes even healthy fats cab cause acne. Maybe try decreasing oils and nut butters and see how you do?
