@@JaxWatchesandEDC Interesting, one of my favorite clasps in the game. I have to assume you have never actually used one? I would agree that omega clasps are terrible though.
Great video! Unfortunately the end links seem to fit the same way as the forstner equivalent which I have, the poorly fitting end links is a no from me and the reason I also don’t wear the forstner equivalent on my AT.
@@Tsunami1982 The Forstner has a better build quality, but the fit isn't as good. While the uncle straps bracelet isn't a perfect fit, it definitely fits better and gives the same look, so I'd probably go with the uncle straps for the Aqua Terra specifically, as it's made for it.
I just ordered myself this bracelet. I actually love the oem bracelet, and I never had a problem getting it sized. However, I can not stand the high polished center links. They are too big and scratch like crazy. I need something more subdued for a day to day gada watch
I got the AT blue teak dial 38 mm and I like the OG Bracelet. I don’t like the imitation of the speedy bracelet. Nevertheless I like your video content. Omega released the green AT also in 38 mm are you going for this size? I’ve got also 6.5 inches wrists and for me it was pretty clear back then that I’d pick up the 38 mm AT.
Forget the cheesy bracelet and go with Omega’s rubber strap….uber comfy and practical…looks like it was born for the watch…which it was…and endlessly adjustable.
@@shawnholloway2410 I would have to concur as an Aqua Terra owner but I also agree with uncle straps being a disservice to the omega . I regret buying the 41mm Aqua Terra because that bracelet is so horrible.
Omega has been losing so bad in bracelet game for quite a long time that even a 3rd party “disservice to omega” level bracelet company got it right. I gotta guess either the bracelet design team don’t try out what they make or they don’t really consider comfort in their design value.
How would you compare the fit and quality to the Forstner that you reviewed about a year ago? Just not a fan of the OEM Omega bracelet and am looking for an alternative for my 41mm AT
@@davegallagher1109 I would go with the uncle straps due to the fitment. I was always bugged by the way the forstner fit as there would always be gaps and the endlinks connect even lower than the Uncle Straps. This isn't forstners fault though, as their bracelet was originally designed for the Seamaster.
Thank you for the comparison, good to see the side by side
Finally someone made dedicated bracelets for the Aqua Terra
Love your content! Thanks for sharing. I've been looking at these bracelets, too!
Thank you for checking out the video!
I would be willing to try this. Omega’s bracelet has always held me back from purchasing. Omega and Grand Seiko need to re think their bracelets.
What’s wrong with grand seiko? I love their bracelets
@@yamkaw346Their clasps suck

Thank you so much for this!
Thanks for the review. You also reviewed the Forstner Bullet Bracelet for the Aqua Terra. Which do you think is better?

I would still think size 38 would fit your wrist much better, Omega just release this exact green model in 38mm and with green rubber strap too !
I agree, I'm contemplating in picking one up

I saw this yesterday, I'm very very tempted. I may keep the green 41 and go for a different colour in 38.
Will this bracelet work for the 38 mm Omega AT model? Could you also please post a link to where this could be purchased?
I won't fit the 38mm as they have different lug widths. They can be found here unclestraps.com/en-au/collections/omega-aqua-terra-41mm
Green dial is so nice, shame they never made the 38mm with this dial.
Omega just silently released it in 38 a few days ago

Uncle straps is OK for a Seiko but not in the league of Omega. Doing a disservice to this beautiful watch
I see your point but Omega did the disservice to their own bracelets. They are horrible.

41mm looks huge on ya. Get the 38
I definitely prefer the 38mm, but at the time of purchase, this dial was only offered in 41mm.

Its a better fit than forstner, but in terms of quality, I would say the forstner wins.
@welcomewrist thank you for the response! So if you were to pick one, which would you go with? Obviously don't want junk quality for an Omega

Unclestrap doesn't have 38.5mm aqua terra version
Unfortunately it's only available for the 41. Hopefully bracelets for the 38 come out as well.
